| For a long time,the problem of excessive academic burden has seriously affected the education ecology of China’s compulsory education stage,and excessive educational competition has caused a significant impact on the physical and mental health of students.Although the country has continuously guided and standardized the burden reduction work from the policy level,the results have not been satisfactory,and the student homework burden is still relatively heavy.In July 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Overwork Burden of Students in Compulsory Education and Offcampus Training"(hereinafter referred to as the "Double Reduction" policy),which explicitly requires improving the quality of homework design,Incorporate homework design into the teaching and research system,and establish a high-quality homework system as a key point to promote the development of basic education.In April 2022,while the "double reduction" policy was being continuously promoted,the Ministry of Education revised and promulgated the "Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)",which optimized the content structure of the Chinese curriculum and provided clear instructions for homework.Therefore,combining the "double reduction" policy and the requirements of the new curriculum standards,it is of great significance to conduct systematic research on the design of junior high school Chinese homework from the disciplinary level.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this study mainly discusses the following four parts.The first part defines the relevant concepts of homework and the "double reduction" policy,clarifies the requirements for the design of junior high school Chinese homework in the context of "double reduction",and determines that homework design is a key issue in the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,laying a solid theoretical foundation for later research.In the second part,through a combination of questionnaires and interviews,we learned about the current situation of Chinese homework design in junior high schools under the background of "double reduction".Through research and analysis on the difficulty,completion method,content and form,marking and evaluation of Chinese homework,we found that the design of Chinese homework in junior high schools under the background of "double reduction" has achieved some results in "reduction",while the "efficiency enhancement" work still needs to be further implemented.The third part,based on the investigation and research,summarizes the problems existing in the design of junior high school Chinese homework: lack of unit integrity and comprehensive practicality,difficulty in controlling the number,single evaluation method,hierarchical design,and management system need to be improved.It also analyzes the reasons for the problems: the intellectualism of work outlook,the internalization of education,separation from real life,unclear evaluation standards,and insufficient teaching and research work.The fourth part,combined with the curriculum concept of "Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022Edition)",proposes targeted improvement strategies for the existing problems: clear objectives,Chinese homework design should be student centered,and follow the principles of practicality,systematicness,and thinking;Innovate the form of Chinese homework and optimize the content design;Pay attention to student differences and implement the hierarchical design of Chinese homework;Improve the teaching and research system of Chinese homework,improve teachers’ abilities,and improve the homework management system;Pay attention to student performance,conduct process evaluation of Chinese homework in multiple ways,and construct an equal evaluation mechanism for homework between teachers and students.To sum up,this study,through conducting the above four parts of research,changes the previous perspective of teacher or student centered homework design,focuses on the overall process of homework design,proposes optimization strategies that are compatible with the "double reduction" policy,and seeks to build a high-quality homework system for junior high school Chinese,providing reference for front-line teachers to carry out junior high school Chinese homework design in the context of "double reduction". |
