3-6 years old is the best period for children to form good diet habits.Scientific food education for children not only helps children develop good diet habits and promote their physical and mental health,but also lays a good foundation for children to form a healthy lifestyle in the future.Investigating the current situation of children’s diet habits,diagnosing the existing problems,and analyzing the causes of the problems are of great significance for optimizing children ’s food education,improving the pertinence of education,and helping children correct bad diet habits.In this study,a questionnaire survey was used to distribute questionnaires to parents of children in one class,one class and one class in three kindergartens in Y city.A total of 330 questionnaires were distributed to nine classes and 319 were collected.The investigation was carried out from the two aspects of children ’s diet habits and family food education.At the same time,the observation method and interview method were used to ensure that the relevant information of the current situation was collected from multiple angles,so as to carry out statistical analysis.The results are as follows:the phenomenon of children ’s picky eating is obvious;improper dining speed;dining concentration is not strong;passive eating phenomenon is obvious;eating emotional uneasiness;eating frequency is too high.The main factors affecting children ’s bad eating habits include children themselves,family factors and kindergartens,among which family and kindergartens are the main factors.Developing good eating habits is beneficial to children throughout their lives,so practical food education strategies are proposed for the above problems.From the kindergarten level,it is necessary to improve the professional level of teachers ’ food education,create a good food environment,pay attention to children ’s food education,and carry out food education courses;from the perspective of parents,parents should uphold the concept of healthy diet,enrich healthy diet knowledge,and cultivate children ’s diet interest;from the social level,the rational use of community resources,the establishment of food and education activities center.In short,kindergartens,families and society should form a tripartite joint force to promote the co-education of homes and communities in order to jointly improve children ’s bad eating habits.
