| Nowadays,with the advent of knowledge-based economy,the competition among countries in the world has become more of a competition for talents,and general high school education has the responsibility and obligation to provide high quality education to students because it is the "foundation of a strong country" and the basis of a strong country for the sustainable development of talents and countries.This study will focus on the following three interrelated research questions in the direction of high school physics classroom quality: What are the factors influencing the quality of high school physics classroom teaching in Huanggang T High School? What are the main factors affecting the quality of teaching and learning in high school physics classrooms in Huanggang T High School? What are the main factors affecting the quality of teaching and learning in high school physics classrooms in Huanggang T High School?In order to achieve effective solutions to the above research questions.Firstly,the current status of domestic and international research on physics classroom teaching quality and factors affecting classroom teaching quality was sorted out and analyzed through literature analysis.Secondly,based on a series of documents from the Ministry of Education and theories related about teaching to students’ abilities,constructivism theory,educational psychology and general high school physics curriculum standards,we analyzed the sources of factors influencing the quality of high school physics classroom teaching in Huanggang City T High School.Again,based on the preliminary results to clarify the three dimensions,including twelve measures of influencing factors,through the collation of student questionnaire data,with the help of SPSS and AMOS and other software,to complete the project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,validation factor analysis and other processes,to obtain a model diagram of the influencing factors of physics classroom teaching quality,and to refine with teacher interviews,and finally clarify the influencing factors of high school physics in Huanggang City T High School.The final result is to clarify five aspects that affect the quality of classroom teaching.Furthermore,based on the background of the new curriculum reform,the improvement strategies applied to improve the quality of high school physics classroom teaching in Huanggang T High School were proposed from school perspective,teacher perspective,teaching perspective,evaluation perspective and student perspective:(1)implement the concept of moral education,integrate the educational concept of thinking and government elements,pay attention to the construction of physics laboratory hardware,and optimize the teaching quality management guarantee system;(2)pay attention to the high-quality development of their own professionalism,deepen the understanding of the concept of the new curriculum reform comprehensively,let the core literacy of physics subjects land in classroom teaching,and pay attention to the use of digital teaching resources;(3)optimize classroom teaching methods,optimize classroom teaching means,and optimize classroom teaching reflection;(4)establish the concept of student-centered teaching evaluation and improve continuous evaluation;(5)integrate the new curriculum reform and educational teaching concepts into students’ pre-testing,listening,reviewing,and homework,etc.Finally,in the practical teaching,the results combined with the data show that the strategy is effective in improving the quality of high school physics classroom teaching in Huanggang City T Middle School.In conclusion,this study hopes to solve the problem of poor physics teaching quality in Huanggang T High School,in order to enlighten and help the physics teaching in similar high schools,so as to improve the uneven development of teaching quality in the process of basic education development,and to make high school education "buckle the first button of life" for students. |
