| Kindergarten teaching and research activities are an important way and platform to solve the problems encountered by teachers in daily learning and work,improve teachers’ own professional quality,and realize teachers’ professional growth,and play an irreplaceable role.The professional development of teachers will also be affected by the effect and quality of teaching and research activities,so that teachers can better and continue to learn,reflect,communicate and practice,kindergarten teaching and research activities should become a learning and continuous learning organization,in the current preschool education development trend,to adhere to the actual situation of kindergarten,to promote the continuous development of our teaching and research activities.In this study,the case study method was selected,and the S kindergarten was used as the research object,and the observation method and interview method were used to conduct in-depth investigation.The specific situation of teaching and research activities in S Park is expounded from the aspects of organization and management,time,content,form,environment and results of kindergarten teaching and research activities.Through the survey,we learned that the teaching and research activities of S Kindergarten have the following three characteristics: actively create an atmosphere of teaching and research activities;Pay attention to the construction of material culture of teaching and research;Build a mentor-apprentice teaching and research community.On this basis,it is concluded that S kindergarten has the following four main problems: the organization and management of teaching and research activities lack the establishment of a common vision;lack of systematic thinking in the setting of teaching and research activities;the form of teaching and research activities fails to improve mental models;The effectiveness of teaching and research activities does not reflect group learning.In view of these problems,the main reasons for the teaching and research activities of S Park are analyzed: the principal lacks equal communication with teachers in teaching and research activities;teachers’ failure to exercise their collective wisdom in teaching and research activities;In teaching and research activities,kindergartens fail to create a community of life.Finally,based on the learning organization theory,this study puts forward practical optimization suggestions: improve teachers’ awareness of independent development and achieve self-transcendence;Improve the leadership of principals and improve their mental models;Integrate work and study to create a better vision;Build a teaching and research activity system and improve group learning;Promote the overall development of teachers and implement systematic thinking. |
