In the curriculum development of kindergarten, it often comes down to the issue of content selection and organization of courses and educational activities. Namely, it involves the problem that curriculum content should be based on children’s experience or subject logic, which is particularly prominent in the content selection and organization of music education activities. During the compilation of music part of teacher’s instructional materials in a certain province, we need to solve this problem according to the needs of education practice. As we all know, music is such a special subject matter that we should regard the music subject-logic system or children’s interest and experience as the main line in the process of selecting and organizing the content of music education during the development of the curriculum?The author carried out a pre-study with a questionnaire, finding out a few tendentious opinions on this issue, which made the researcher have some basic ideas of selecting interviewees and setting the interview questions. The main body of the thesis is a few in-depth interviews with front-line teachers. Through interviews, the author explored the teachers’tendentious views of content selection and organization of music education activities in the implementation of the curriculum and reasons behind these opinions as well, thus providing decision-making suggestion for the development of kindergarten curriculum of the province. An interview with11front-line teachers of this study is conducted in three kindergartens, among which one is in Shanghai and another is in a certain city of one province and the last one in a certain county of one province.According to the results of this study, the following suggestions are proposed for content selection and organization of music education activities of the provincial kindergarten curriculum. First, children’s experience is the main line of the curriculum of this province, which is developed in the way of specific theme as the basic unit. As a part of the curriculum, music education activities obey the above basic development rule while it should be taken into account the specialty of music education activities as well as the subject logic of music knowledge. Specifically, it had better emerge certain themes to the corresponding music events and develop branch books for musical activities, providing available resources as logical music activities for teachers to select and generate. Second, in the process of selecting and organizing music education activities, the materials of music education, its form and the classiness and richness of the affiliated materials ought to be paid more attention to. The research also provides referential cases on content selection and organization of courses and educational activities for the provincial kindergarten curriculum, giving some" templates" about the curriculum " theme"," music branch books " and" resources".
