| Outdoor games are of great value to children's physical and mental development.Many educational theories at home and abroad have confirmed the importance of outdoor games.The Working Rules for Kindergartens emphasizes that under normal circumstances,children's outdoor activities(including outdoor sports activities)should not be less than 2 hours per day,and boarding kindergartens should not be less than 3 hours.Kindergartens should pay attention to outdoor activities,but the actual situation is not optimistic.Due to subjective and objective factors,the time and quality of outdoor play activities in kindergartens are difficult to guarantee.Therefore,the author used a questionnaire to survey the 22 kindergarten teachers in Dalian kindergartens,explore the current situation of outdoor activities in kindergarten and studied the existing problems,analyze the reasons,and propose corresponding improvement countermeasures.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is raise questions.It mainly introduces the origin and significance of the research problems;defines the related concepts in the research;summarizes and analyzes the relevant research results of outdoor game activities at home and abroad.Research methods and research tools and the object also elaborate in this part.The second part is an overview of outdoor games in kindergartens.It is mainly explained in terms of the environment of outdoor play activities in kindergartens,the time of outdoor play activities,the contents of outdoor play activities,the materials of outdoor play activities,and the guidance of outdoor play activities.The third part is the organization problems of kindergarten outdoor games.The main performance is: Outdoor activity time is not up to the standards,the activity content have many similar aspects,material function is unbalance and the teacher guidance level is not suitable for the children.The fourth part is to propose some improvement strategies,including ensure two hours time for outdoor games,enrich the content and organization of outdoor activities,then optimize the selection of materials for outdoor activities.What's more,improve teachers' organizational ability and establish a scientific outlook on games and encourage teachers to organize outdoor games. |
