Junior high school students are at a high incidence of psychological problems,and they are under multiple pressures and burdens from their studies,interpersonal communication,and life,especially under the impact of the epidemic,which are more likely to cause psychological problems.Through various survey data,it also shows that the mental health level of junior high school students under the epidemic has shown a downward trend,and there are psychological problems such as academic emotions,psychological stress,social disorders,anxiety and depression.With the outbreak of the epidemic,the existing problems of some school mental health education have become more prominent,the main problem is that the school mental health education management system is not perfect,which affects the development of school mental health education.Taking two junior high schools in H City as the research objects,this study conducted research from four aspects: the basic situation of mental health education,the intervention of the epidemic psychological crisis,the assessment and filing of mental health,and the participation of parents in mental health education.Combined with questionnaires and interview surveys,the problems existing in mental health education in two junior high schools were analyzed and sorted out: the lack of effective management of mental health education in schools;underutilization of mental health education resources;lack of effective psychological crisis intervention mechanisms for the pandemic;single form of mental health education assessment and filing;parental participation in mental health education is low,and attribution analysis is carried out based on relevant theories and expertise.Through research,we propose solutions to the problems found: schools should improve the mental health education service guarantee system,and strengthen the management and implementation of mental health education;build a curriculum and teaching system for epidemic mental health;improve psychological crisis intervention and assessment service systems.Families should improve the intensity of mental health education and guidance,guide adaptation to home learning,and teach students psychological adjustment;strengthen parent-child communication and raise awareness of psychological crisis prevention;Home-school work closely together to improve mental health education capabilities.Increase community support to promote joint efforts in education and improve the community mental health service system;integrate the medical and health sector and promote the "integration of medicine and education";develop community educational resources and form educational synergy.
