| With the continuous development and evolution of educational informatization,it is necessary for primary school class teachers to improve their ability in information technology application.This paper selects primary school class teachers in H City as the research object and carries out an in-depth study on the information technology application ability of this group with a rigorous and realistic attitude.Firstly,through a questionnaire survey of 603 in-service primary school class teachers in H City and interviewing with 14 educators,including leaders of the administrative department for education,primary school principals and primary school class teachers,data were arranged and analyzed by the SPSS software to obtain the current status of information technology application ability of primary school class teachers in H City;Secondly,it combs the five dimensions of information technology application ability of primary school class teachers in H City,namely,technical literacy,planning and preparation,organization and management,evaluation and diagnosis,as well as the problems existing in learning and development.At the same time,it analyzes the reasons behind them from the educational administrative department,schools and individual teachers.Finally,it proposes corresponding solutions from the administrative department for education,schools and individual teachers in hopes of contributing a little to improving the information technology application ability of primary school class teachers. |
