College ideological and political theory course is the main front of ideological and political education,is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation.Dominance and subjectivity play an indispensable role in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.On March 18,2019,at the symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses,Xi Jinping pointed out that with the development of the new era,the reform process of ideological and political theory courses should be accelerated,the affinity,ideological,theoretical and pertinence of ideological and political theory courses should be improved,and the principles of "eight unification" should be strictly observed,with special emphasis on the unification of dominance and subjectivity.The unity of dominance and subjectivity explains the equal relationship between teachers and students in the process of ideological and political education,which is an inevitable requirement to promote the innovation and sustainable development of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.Teachers and students of ideological and political theory course are the most direct participants.Following the principle of "unity of dominance and subjectivity",it has important practical significance for realizing the student-centered educational concept,improving the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities and promoting the continuous deepening of ideological and political education.At present,the unification of dominant and subjectivity has not been fully implemented in the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,which affects the actual effect of ideological and political theory courses.This article is divided into four parts.The first part takes the dominance and subjectivity of ideological and political theory courses in universities in the new era as the research object,analyzes the background,significance,research methods,and current research status at home and abroad of the topic,laying the foundation for writing the entire article.In the second part,this article defines the concepts and connotations of dominance and subjectivity in ideological and political theory courses in universities,clarifies their essence,and systematically analyzes the dialectical relationship between dominance and subjectivity between teachers and students,and points out the theoretical and practical basis for their unity.In the third part,this article explores the current situation and problems of the dominance and subjectivity of ideological and political theory courses in universities in the new era through questionnaire survey,and analyzes the reasons based on survey data.At present,some achievements have been made in the unity of dominance and subjectivity in ideological and political theory courses in universities.The dominance of teachers and the awareness of students’ subjectivity have been continuously strengthened,and progress has been made in the teaching process.On the other hand,the unity of dominance and subjectivity still faces some problems,mainly reflected in:some teachers’ dominance is not fully utilized,and students’ subjectivity needs to be strengthened.After further analysis,it was found that the main reasons for this situation were:some teachers did not fully devote themselves to teaching,some students lacked ideal beliefs,and insufficient attention was paid to ideological and political courses.In the fourth part,this article proposes a practical path to achieve the unity of dominance and subjectivity in ideological and political theory courses in universities,and proposes corresponding solutions from three aspects:dominance,subjectivity,and the joint efforts of teachers and students,striving to improve the current dilemma of the unity of dominance and subjectivity.The practical paths drawn are:teachers should enhance their ideal beliefs,affinity,and comprehensive qualities,and strengthen their leading role;Students should enhance their sense of subjectivity,strengthen their self-restraint,and adhere to their dominant position;Realize two-way communication in the classroom,seek a convergence point between dominance and subjectivity,identify the role positioning of dominance and subjectivity,and jointly build a good teaching atmosphere,thereby improving the quality of ideological and political theory courses in universities. |
