The key thesis of the Communist Party of China in the new era on education equity is based on the idea of social justice and Marxist A value system based on the theories about education and the actual development history of education equity in the Communist Party of China..As an extension of social equity in the field of education,educational equity performs an important social function and plays a fundamental role in social development.Ensuring fairness in education plays a fundamental and long-term role in achieving social justice in China.The development of higher levels of education reflects the higher expectations and demands of people of all ethnic groups throughout the country for education.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that China has entered a new era,which is a new historical position.Against this background,the leadership of the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has faced the new situation and accumulated in the course of long-term education practice A series of new ideas and new assertions on educational equity have been formed by the rich experience of education equity,and the combing of these ideas and assertions It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the current practice of educational equity and to improve educational thinking in China.This thesis attempts to examine the history of the Communist Party of China’s(CPC)ideology on educational equity,focusing on a series of important statements on educational equity issued by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core since the new era,in five parts.Chapter 1 is the Introduction,which mainly discusses the topic of the paper in five parts: the purpose and significance of the selected topic,the current research situation at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,innovations and shortcomings,and an overview of relevant concepts.The second chapter is the rationale for the important thesis of education equity in the new era of the Chinese Communist Party.The rationale provides the theoretical and practical ground for the emergence and improvement of important discourses,which include: Marx and Engels’ education Fairness theory,the educational fairness assertions of the main leaders of the Communist Party of China,and the educational fairness-related assertions of China’s outstanding traditional culture are Theoretical basis;the need for the transformation of the main contradictions in Chinese society in the new era,the goal of building a modern socialist educational power,the national This chapter is based on the reality of the growing competition for talents between the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the Communist Party of China(CPC).Chapter 3 is a study of the main contents of the CCP’s important discourse on education equity in the new era,which helps to clarify the core ideas of the CCP’s important discourse on education equity in the new era,and mainly focuses on four aspects of the Party’s understanding of the goal,status,principles and ways to achieve education equity in the new era.The fourth chapter is the distinctive features of the CPC’s important discourse on educational fairness in the new era.It is mainly summarized as:adhering to the combination of inheritance and practice,adhering to the combination of historical and global,adhering to the combination of systematic and targeted Combined.Chapter 5 is the part on the contemporary value of the CCP’s important discourse on education equity in the new era,which is elaborated in terms of theoretical value and practical value respectively,taking into account the specific national conditions.In-depth study of the CPC’s important discourse on education equity in the new era will help to further enrich and improve the CPC’s thinking on education equity,promote the further realization of education equity,and lay a solid foundation for building a harmonious society.
