Taekwondo is an antagonistic sport that mainly focuses on legs and is supplemented by boxing.It is one of the official events of the modern Olympic Games.There are many excellent Taekwondo athletes in my country,such as Zhong Chen,Jingyu Wu,Shuai Zhao and others.Excellent results have been achieved in the World Championships and Olympic Games.In addition,Taekwondo promotes the spirit of etiquette,integrity,patience,and self-denial,which is conducive to the development of the students’ own living habits and the improvement of their mental health,as well as strengthening their physical fitness and physical fitness.More and more young people are actively participating in this sport.However,Taekwondo is inherently risky and even physically confrontational.It is prone to injuries while developing Taekwondo.If the training movement and physical fitness cannot be effectively prevented and correctly guided,it is easy to cause injuries or adverse consequences that affect the physical development.How to make young people’s Taekwondo practice more scientific and develop good exercise habits is an urgent problem to be solved.This article analyzes and discusses adolescent Taekwondo correction training through Functional Movement Screen(FMS),and discusses how to achieve a balance of flexibility and stability during training.Discover the problematic movement patterns and even dysfunctions in training to reduce sports injuries and ensure movement accuracy.At the same time,based on the test results,a reasonable exercise training plan is given to improve the exercise function of various parts of the body,and a good exercise habit is formed.The analysis of the functional movement screening results of young Taekwondo students,show that:(1)After 12 weeks of experiment,functional training method was adopted in the experimental group,and in the seven action screening(squat,hurdle step,straight lunge step,shoulder flexibility,active straight knee lift,trunk stability push ups,trunk rotation stability),there was significant difference in the test results before and after the experimental group(P < 0.05),while there was only significant difference in the test results before and after the hurdle step in the control group(P < 0.05),Obviously,the effect of functional training is better than traditional routine practice.(2)Taekwondo functional training and traditional routine training methods can improve the physical quality of students to a certain extent,but compared with the control group,the improvement of the experimental group is more obvious.After the12 week test,the test results of 50 meter running,sitting body flexion,one minute sit ups and one minute rope skipping of the students in the experimental group were improved,and there were significant differences before and after the test(P < 0.05).It was obvious that the effect of functional training was better than that of traditional routine practice.(3)Taekwondo functional training and traditional routine training methods can improve the Taekwondo special quality of students to a certain extent,but compared with the control group,the improvement of the experimental group is more obvious.After the 12 week experiment,the test results of the special quality "10 second continuous one leg cross kick in place","30 second double flying kick","cross kick" and "30 second change direction cross kick" of the students in the experimental group were improved,and there was significant difference before and after the experiment(P< 0.05).It was obvious that the effect of functional training was better than the traditional routine practice. |
