With the continuous reform of the high school history curriculum,history textbooks have also been "changed" accordingly.At present,the unified version of the high school history textbook "Chinese and foreign history outline" has been put into use in all provinces,compared with the history version,in addition to major changes in the text,in order to better meet the needs of teachers and students teaching and learning,the textbook writers still continue and innovate a variety of auxiliary columns,including "history" column is The "History" section is based on the original version with some breakthroughs and innovations in content and presentation.However,through the questionnaire survey and teacher interviews on the current situation of the use of the "History" section in some secondary schools in Harbin,it is found that there are problems in the use of the section,such as insufficient exploitation of the content,lack of effective methods for students to handle historical materials,and single teaching methods of teachers.Therefore,it is of high research significance to explore the application of the "History" column in practical teaching.This paper is composed of four parts: introduction,column overview,questionnaire,and application strategy.The first part mainly elaborates the reason and significance of the topic,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,the research method and innovation,so as to lay a good theoretical foundation for the next research;the second part analyzes the status and distribution of the "History" column through statistical analysis,and classifies the column according to its content and characteristics as well as the function of the column.The third part,through questionnaire survey and interview outline,understands the current use of the "History" column,and analyzes and summarizes the problems faced by teachers and students in using the column;the fourth part is the focus of this paper,based on the analysis of the survey results,combined with case studies,analyzes the "History" column in the actual classroom teaching.The fourth part is the focus of this paper,based on the analysis of the survey results,combined with case studies,analyzing the application principles of "History" column in actual classroom teaching,advocating that teachers can develop the column resources based on the relevant principles when using the column,and on this basis put forward the teaching strategies in the process of using the column.Through the above four parts of the study,we clarify the role of the "History" column in high school history teaching,and make a relatively comprehensive analysis of the use of the current situation,the proposed strategies can provide some reference for high school history teaching,and efficiently cultivate students’ historical thinking.
