In the era of data,big data technology is becoming increasingly important in sports filed.The sports big data technology is dedicated to improving athletic performance and reducing damage to the body.For the building of sports big data,it is very important to use various analyzers for real-time monitoring of critical data.These analyzers can transmit various physiological indicators of the body during exercise or after exercise to an external platform for the motion analysis;the building of sports big data is realized.With the development of flexible electronics,people have been attempting to use wearable biosensor to achieve real-time and continuous exercise physiology monitoring.The biosensors in the wearable system are various with the purpose of detecting various physiological information in motion.Because the limit of power unit,the self-powered wearable motion physiological analyzer driven by the athlete’s own bio-energy is the key to promoting the development of sports big data.Therefore,a novel self-powered wearable sweat-lactate analyzer for building sports big data has been realized basing on fundamentally new evaporation-enzymatic reaction coupled sensing physical mechanism.This sweat lactate analyzer can be driven by the evaporation process of sweat,so no external power supply is required during the lactate biosensing process and the wireless signal transmission process.The content is as follows:(1)Preparation of the sweat evaporation lactate analyzer:In the fabrication procedure.Firstly,we used a water bath heating method and an annealing method to prepare biosensing materials.CNT ink was coated on the flexible substrate as the positive and negative electrodes of the biosensor.The carbon ink prepared by the water bath heating method was applied as the main materials of the evaporation power generation.The reaction material was then placed in an annealing furnace and annealed at 375 ℃ for 2.5 hours.Finally,the electrode was externally coated with copper foil and the exposed electrode was encapsulated with epoxy resin.LOx was modified on device.A self-powered sweat lactate biosensor has been realized.A novel self-powered sweat lactate analyzer was prepared by combining a biosensor with a wireless device.The lactate analyzer is based on a soft substrate and therefore has a certain degree of softness and can be well integrated with the human body to collect sports information and wireless send sports information to an external platform in various sports scenes.(2)Sweat lactate monitoring process:The outputting voltage of the lactate analyzer is obviously dependent on the enzymatic reaction between the lactate oxidase and the reaction substrate.As the concentrations of lactate is 0.00,7.00,14.00 and 21.00 mM,respectively,the outputting voltage of the lactate analyzer increased from 0.073 V to 0.129 V,and the response of the lactate analyzer is 0.00%,31.86%,53.72%and 75.50%,respectively.The outputting voltage of the analyzer is dependent on the sweat-lactate concentration.The lactate analyzer for modifying the specifically identified lactate oxidase is only responsive to lactate level in sweat,there are no obvious response on other organic substances in sweat.The lactate analyzer has a high degree of recognition.(3)Wireless transmission of the sports data:We connect the biosensor with the wireless transmitting device,so that the sports data monitored by the biosensor can be wireless transmitted to the external platform.These sports data can be used to build sports big data.Based on this purpose,we designed an experiment to prove the feasibility of the scheme.We connect the wireless receiving device with the LED indicator.When no signal is received,the LED stays on;when the wireless signal is received,the LED will flash.Therefore,the novel wearable analyzer can realize the construction of sports big data and greatly promote the development of sports big data technology.
