| In recent years,telecom fraud cases have become more and more rampant,and people of any age may become victims of telecom fraud.As a special group,middle-aged unemployed groups are more likely to take the initiative to contact the fraud traps on the Internet because of their generally low academic qualifications,and at the same time,they have less contact with the outside world,so they can’t learn about the current popular scams in time and are affected by some external factors,and are more vulnerable to telecom fraud.In this paper,the middle-aged unemployed group is selected as the research object to carry out detailed analysis and investigation,so as to promote the awareness of this group to prevent telecom fraud.In the process of investigation and research,some middle-aged unemployed groups in W city are selected as the main research objects,and the awareness of preventing telecom fraud among middle-aged unemployed groups in W city is studied by means of literature research,participatory observation,questionnaire survey and interview.After investigation,it is found that the middle-aged unemployed groups in W city have a weak awareness of preventing telecom fraud,and there are some shortcomings,but they can be improved through appropriate methods.According to the existing problems of the target group,the author designed targeted solutions and carried out activities through group social work.In the process of group activities,the service object is the center,the appropriate activity links are selected,and services are also obtained after the activities. |
