| Badminton is one of the traditional sports advantages in China,and badminton players have achieved good results in many international large-scale events and won many honors for our country.Before the opportunities and challenges,the training of Harbin youth badminton reserve talents also needs to closely follow the new development situation to cope with changes.As the capital city of Heilongjiang Province,Harbin has a good mass foundation for badminton and a strong atmosphere for the training of young badminton reserve talents,so I want to take this as an opportunity.Understand the current situation of youth badminton reserve talent training in Harbin,explore the problems and influencing factors in the process of training young badminton reserve talents in Harbin,and put forward corresponding promotion countermeasures.This study adopts the literature method,expert interview method,investigation and research method and mathematical statistics method,takes the current situation of the training of young badminton reserve talents in Harbin as the research object,and systematically analyzes the problems and influencing factors in the training process of young badminton reserve talents in Harbin from the aspects of the general situation of young badminton reserve talents,venue facilities and training conditions,coaches,management system structure,policies and funds.The results show that:1.Harbin youth badminton reserve talents training age structure is reasonable,conforms to the needs of the development of badminton,but the unique geographical conditions and climate make the sport in Harbin development affected,at the same time students also exist training years short participation motivation insufficient number of talents.2.There are few badminton venues in Harbin,and the facilities of the reserve talent training base are old and aging.Due to the cold climate,the cost of building venues is high.3.The overall level of coaches in Harbin is not high,and there are few high-level coaches(such as Chen Jin,Zhao Zhengyi,Guo Kaiyi,etc.).The knowledge level and coaching ability of grass-roots coaches need to be developed and improved.4.The structure of Harbin badminton reserve talents training management system is not reasonable enough and lacks a clear division of labor mechanism.Different from other provinces,Harbin Badminton Association is the main unit of Harbin youth badminton reserve talents management in Harbin,which is not conducive to the development and construction of youth badminton reserve talents.5.Due to the decline of economic development and population loss of Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,and the lack of financial support from government departments,leading to the policy and financial support of relevant government departments for the training of badminton reserve talents in Harbin.The corresponding countermeasures are:(1)Expand the ways of the training of reserve talents,and accelerate the pace of "integration of sports and education";(2)improve the infrastructure construction and improve the level of training conditions;(3)strengthen the echelon construction of the coach team and establish the reward mechanism for coaches;(4)improve the reserve talent management mechanism and establish the three-level management mode;(5)the government departments earnestly perform their duties,attach importance to policy support and fund support. |
