| In China,table tennis has already gone beyond the scope of a sport,and it is an important source of national honor and sports pride for the Chinese people.China table tennis association to promote the sports reform,broke the traditional promotion mode,promoted step by step increase in social club to choose excellent sports talents,such as "Shuang Jian" policy is for the majority of teenagers involved in the sport provides policy support and guarantee time,can have more conditions to enter to the table tennis training institutions to learn.So that more young people who like table tennis have the opportunity to join the national youth training team.The paper makes an investigation of table tennis clubs in Harbin,in order to fully master table tennis club reserve personnel training present situation,through research,this article points out the insufficiencies of club conveyor table tennis reserve talented person training and put forward countermeasures aiming at the shortcomings of the training process,so as to promote table tennis club’s reserve talented person training quality in Harbin and the development of the club.This research mainly adopts methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field investigation,etc.,to investigate and research 15 table tennis clubs in Harbin,and draw relevant conclusions:The Harbin Table Tennis Club is an important supplement to the training of reserve talents for table tennis in sports schools;each club cultivates and sends more outstanding athletes to enter the table tennis teams of universities,this province and other provinces.Four people were selected for the national table tennis team.In 2020,five people were selected into the National Youth and Junior Training Team;the manager has certain management experience,and he is a part-time coach in the management and operation;the coach basically has the national level two or above athletes,and his own teaching objective is clear,and the teaching content basically meets the needs of the students,and the consciousness of continuing learning needs to be improved;The age structure of reserve talents is reasonable and the special play styles are relatively insufficient,which is not conducive to the overall development of the project."Double reduction" policy is conducive to the absorption and cultivation of reserve talent resources of table tennis clubs.The problems mainly include the club venue size and infrastructure that need to be improved in the training process of the reserve talents of the Harbin Table Tennis Club;The communication between clubs is insufficient,the teaching and training methods of coaches need to be updated,and the assessment mechanism needs to be improved;The training time of athletes is difficult to get long-term guarantee,and there are relatively few special playing styles;The athlete development plan is not clear,the club’s own characteristics and related policy publicity are still lacking.In view of the shortcomings of the current investigation and research,the following suggestions are put forward: Firstly,Harbin table tennis clubs should constantly optimize their own infrastructure,create a good environment for table tennis reserve talents,and improve the service level of clubs.Secondly,table tennis clubs should strengthen the selection,training and re-education of coaches to improve their comprehensive quality.Thirdly,it is necessary to make suitable table tennis training plan for table tennis club players and actively carry out experience exchange and cooperation training activities between table tennis clubs and schools.Fourthly,attach importance to the publicity of table tennis related policies,do a good job in the promotion of table tennis,and improve the enthusiasm and participation of parents and athletes in learning table tennis. |
