The Anti-doping System And The Existence Of Problems In The Four Major Professional Sports Federations In The United States

Doping is an important issue that threatens the fairness of sports and the image of the program.Over the years,international anti-doping organizations and sports organizations in various countries have been fighting for a long time and acting against doping.As the world power of sports events in the United States,its sports events and sports industry have always been the example for other countries to learn from and learn from,but the problem of doping abuse brought by the continuous development of sports is also highlighted one by one,among which the most serious problem is the four major professional sports leagues in the United States.This paper adopts the literature method,text analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis of the four professional sports league anti-doping system doping control object,doping positive result processing procedures,the player violation punishment measures and the player appeal right four aspects,and compared with the Olympic sports anti-doping system,find out the quality of the four professional sports league anti-doping system,analyze the reason,put forward constructive Suggestions for the development of anti-doping system in China.The results show that the advantages of the anti-doping system of the four major professional sports leagues in the United States are the establishment of players’ unions,the establishment of independent arbitration system to protect the legitimate rights and interests of players,and the self-management mode to maintain the autonomy of the league.The existing problems include the number of doping checks,the number of doping checks,the number of doping checks;the number of doping violations,and the insufficient rules of external supervision.The causes of these problems are: strong economic interests;American cultural freedom;political factors;and insufficient government control.Based on the development experience of anti-doping system,the paper should improve the anti-doping system in China;pay attention to the protection of athletes’ rights;strengthen the education and popularization of anti-doping knowledge,and promote the development of anti-doping mechanism in China;and warn the professional sports alliance to develop according to its own situation and national conditions.
