Research On Digital Transformation Of Olympic Forest Park In Beijing

Digital economy is the future direction of global development and an important driving force for world economic development.As an important focus of the development of the digital economy,digital transformation has become the core driving force to stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises,promote the transformation of the quality,efficiency and power of the development of the digital economy,and enhance the national digital competitiveness by taking digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence as the starting point and widely empowering all industries and fields.Olympic Forest Park in Beijing(hereinafter referred to as Olympic Forest Park),as one of the supporting projects of the Summer Olympic Park and the Winter Olympic Park,is a famous tourist attraction in Beijing.While running smoothly,it also faces the problem of digital transformation and development in the new era.Therefore,the study on the digital transformation of Olympic Forest Park in this paper can play a certain guiding role in its transformation,and also provide sufficient reference for other sports parks’ digital transformation.Through the method of literature,field investigation,in-depth interview and questionnaire,this paper takes the digital transformation of Olympic Forest Park as the research object,and focuses on analyzing the specific situation of the digital transformation of Olympic Forest Park from three aspects: the digital transformation environment of Olympic Forest Park,the needs and problems of the digital transformation of Olympic Forest Park and the digital transformation path of Olympic Forest Park.The first part of this paper summarizes the reality of the external and internal environment of the digital transformation of Olympic Forest Park.The second part of this paper clearly points out the various needs and specific problems of the digital transformation of Olympic Forest Park.The third part of this paper expounds the digital transformation path of Olympic Forest Park through three parts: digital transformation strategy,digital transformation platform and digital transformation content.This paper draws the following conclusions: the internal and external environment of Olympic Forest Park promotes the digital transformation of the park;The needs of all parties in Olympic Forest Park force the digital transformation of the park;The initial stage of digital transformation of Olympic Forest Park encountered obstacles;Two steps to develop the digital transformation strategy of Olympic Forest Park;Combined system to build the digital transformation platform of Olympic Forest Park;Continuously and efficiently coordinate the digital transformation content of Olympic Forest Park.As the problems facing the digital transformation of Olympic Forest Park involve three subjects,this paper discusses the suggestions on the digital transformation of Olympic Forest Park from three perspectives:government,park and supplier.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the digital transformation of Olympic Forest Park,including increasing government support to promote the implementation of digital transformation;Improve the level of park operation and management,accelerate the process of digital transformation;Suppliers improve intelligent equipment and do a good job of technical support for digital transformation.
