With the improvement of China’s comprehensive strength,health education plays an increasingly important role in school physical education under the background of healthy China.Health education has gradually become a part of each student to improve the level of theoretical knowledge and practical ability.In order to better implement the training tasks and objectives of physical education and health curriculum and give full play to the role of health education in the process of education,the content design of health education in physical education curriculum is particularly important.Therefore,it is of certain theoretical value and practical guiding significance to construct the teaching content of health education which conforms to the new curriculum of primary and secondary schools.In this paper,the purpose of the research is strictly observed.Firstly,the literature data method is used to consult relevant literature and interpret national policy requirements,and two rounds of expert consultation are conducted by Delphi method to build a scientific and reasonable content index system of health education based on the cultivation of students’ theoretical and practical abilities.Secondly,the third round of index weight judgment matrix is distributed to the experts through the analytic hierarchy process.The consistency test is carried out to obtain the weight coefficient value of each index,so that each index system is more scientific and accurate in weight assignment.Finally,based on the constructed index system,the questionnaire of health education content of the sixth grade primary school in Fengtai District is compiled.To provide a reference model for the implementation of health education content in Fengtai District and improve students’ theoretical knowledge and practical technology,and to set up a positive wind coordinate for schools and teachers’ attitude in the field of health education.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Construct five first-level indicators through Delphi method: health behavior and lifestyle,growth and youth care,mental health,disease prevention and response to public health emergencies,safety emergency and avoidance;Recognize 22 secondary indexes such as health,physical exercise behavior,physical health and life health;Master the correct eating habits,reasonable eating habits and six nutrients are beneficial to health,correct physical exercise and exercise methods and self-monitoring methods of 74 tertiary indicators.2.The weight coefficient of the index system of health education content was obtained through the analytic hierarchy process and the construction of the judgment matrix,among which,From high to low,the weights of primary indicators were disease prevention and response to public health emergencies(0.2880),safety emergency and avoidance(0.2628),growth and adolescent health(0.1731),mental health(0.1632),and health behavior and lifestyle(0.1127).Secondly,the weight of secondary indicators from the highest to the lowest is response to school public health emergencies(0.1282),B2 adolescent health care(0.0996),D2 disease prevention and control measures(0.0858)...A3 Study the factors that affect health(0.0079).Finally,in the third level index weight from high to the bottom of the study of common infectious diseases(respiratory tract infectious diseases,intestinal infectious diseases,etc.)transmission path and prevention(0.0586),D32 to establish the correct awareness of civilization and public health ethics(0.0387),learning three minus three health conducive to disease prevention(0.0386)...Reasonable eating habits and six nutrients are good for health(0.0020).3.The health education of primary school students in Fengtai District has the following problems: academic knowledge of physical growth and development,psychological problems and adjustment methods,daily first-aid skills and other aspects of knowledge content is not very well understood.The number of health education classes in schools did not meet the requirement of class hours,and teachers had a single evaluation method for students’ health education.The phenomenon that the class hours of health education in some schools are occupied and the teaching arrangement is unreasonable. |
