| The COVID-19 epidemic("epidemic")spread around the world,seriously affecting people’s study and life.China has taken active prevention and control management measures,home office,home teaching.The Ministry of Education has issued the requirement of "no suspension of classes and no suspension of teaching",and colleges and universities are actively carrying out online teaching and online learning by relying on various online course platforms at all levels and online learning space.Sports professional colleges and universities have strong practical characteristics,different sports learning need different material conditions and organizational conditions.How to organize and carry out online teaching can ensure the smooth implementation of the talent training plan in sports colleges and universities is not only an urgent practical problem to be solved during the epidemic period,but also plays a positive role in promoting the exploration of physical education teaching mode and its reform through the discussion of online physical education teaching.This paper investigates the online teaching status of teaching administrators,understands the current situation of teaching development and management,understands the participation of online teaching and the problems,and proposes the optimization strategy of online sports teaching.From the study:(1)During the COVID-19 period,the online teaching management department of Capital University of Physical Education timely mobilized and issued online teaching work plans,requiring teachers to actively prepare for online teaching,ensure that teaching is not chaotic during the epidemic period,and carry out teaching work in accordance with the courses set up in the talent training programs of various professional directions.By reporting the meeting number of the class platform every day,the managers enter the meeting room to spot check the teaching supervision.However,due to the lack of guarantee of basic teaching conditions,teachers’ online teaching training is not in place,which affects the development of online teaching work and the teaching effect.(2)Teachers of Capital Institute of Physical Education actively change the teaching concept,and under limited conditions,focus on technical teaching and referee training,integrate ideas and politics in teaching,optimize the teaching content,improve the teaching process and develop students’ professional ability.However,due to the particularity of physical education practice,the online teaching of some physical education practice courses,lack of facilities,the teaching content has to be simplified;the application of teaching methods is limited,games and other sports characteristics are difficult to implement and reflect in teaching,but also affects the teaching effect and the achievement of teaching objectives.(3)The students of Capital Institute of Physical Education followed the teaching progress,participated in the course learning,and basically completed the content stipulated in the teaching plan,and most of the students met the basic requirements of each course.But some students learning attitude is not correct,lack of enthusiasm,learning self-discipline is poor,resulting in low learning efficiency.(4)Online teaching in physical education colleges has particularity and challenges.The teaching initiative of online teaching teachers can be improved,and students can be guided to lecture and adopt teaching methods such as ideological and political teaching.These explorations can also be used in offline teaching.In the future,online sports teaching needs to train online,strengthen teaching management and resource construction,and improve teachers’ teaching ability and other on... |
