purpose:As the"national fitness"and"healthy China concept"gradually,many people have joined the running army,but many foreign and domestic experts and scholars through analysis and research,in the marathon race lower limb injury incidence maintained between 19.4%and 79.3%,the knee injury probability of 35%.And in the outbreak of normal environment and remote areas,many people cannot to offline system rehabilitation,and home choice,remote rehabilitation guidance,remote guidance can realize patients in ward isolation or home through software video and guide personnel online synchronous rehabilitation training,avoid regional space to rehabilitation obstacles,so as to reduce symptoms,improve the quality of life and sports performance.This study aims to explore the application of"running knee"patient remote guidance,and compared with the traditional offline rehabilitation cases,to assess the influence of the two kinds of rehabilitation on the knee function repair,for"running knee"patients provide scientific,effective and personalized remote guidance,in order to cope with the outbreak and other is not easy to offline treatment.method:Thirty-six cases of"running knee"patients admitted to Beijing Zhiran Zhikang Sports and Rehabilitation Center who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into offline rehabilitation group(control group)and remote rehabilitation group(experimental group).Finally,32 study subjects completed the study,including 17 cases in the telerehabilitation group and 15 cases in the offline rehabilitation group.Control group using normal offline rehabilitation training program,experimental group is according to the patient evaluation feedback,develop personalized remote rehabilitation training program,and by professional rehabilitation therapist through We Chat remote network platform for the whole guidance and intervention,observe two groups of patients before and after 6 weeks of training hip abduction muscle strength,VAS visual simulation score,lysholm knee function score,Y balance test and other related laboratory indicators.In this experiment,SPSS26.0(IBM,Armonk,New York,USA)was used for the statistical analysis,and the normality test of the data results was conducted.For measurements satisfying the normal distribution,the mean±standard deviation was used,and the separate sample t-test and the combined sample t-test were used to analyze the differences.For statistics that did not satisfy the normal assignment,the median(upper and lower quartile)was chosen for expression.Non-parametric test(U test)was used for difference analysis.The results of this study showed that when P<0.05,the results of this scientific study were analyzed by two-sided test.bear fruit:(1)Hip abductor muscle strength:compared with before intervention,two groups of hip abductor muscle strength increased significantly after 6 weeks,offline rehabilitation group muscle strength average level 5,remote rehabilitation group muscle strength average 4.6 level(P<0.05)has statistical significance,offline rehabilitation group muscle strength growth is higher than remote rehabilitation group(P<0.05).(2)VAS pain score:Compared with before the intervention,the pain scores in both groups were significantly lower after 6 weeks of recovery,(P<0.05).The pain score in the offline rehabilitation group decreased from 5 points to 0 points and no pain,and that in the remote rehabilitation group decreased from 5 points to 1 point.The pain score in the offline rehabilitation group was lower than that in the tele-rehabilitation group(P<0.05).(3)Lysholm Knee function score:Compared with pre-intervention,the Lysholm knee function score in both groups increased significantly after 6 weeks of rehabilitation,(P<0.05),with an average increase of 24 points in the offline rehabilitation group and 20 points in the telerehabilitation group.However,the growth ratio of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the scores of offline rehabilitation and telerehabilitation were relatively similar.(4)Y balance test:Compared with before intervention,the comprehensive score of Y balance test was significantly higher(P<0.05)after 6 weeks of intervention.The average increase of both groups was about 7 points,and there was no significant difference in Y-balance composite score between groups(P>0.05).conclusion:Remote rehabilitation guidance for"running"knee patients in muscle strength,pain score,knee function score have significantly improved,although the final effect than offline rehabilitation,but in the outbreak conditions,remote areas and mobility conditions cannot offline,remote rehabilitation for"running knee"recovery also has a certain effect and effect.
