Study objective: To observe the effect of 4 weeks of preoperative exercise intervention on the recovery of knee joint function during perioperative period in patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis pre-run total knee arthroplasty and its effect on perioperative clinical effect, and to explore the applicability of exercise prescription in the first 4 weeks of operation as a quick rehabilitation measure for total knee replacement.Research methods: first,we search 60 patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis underwent total knee arthroplasty were divided into intervention group and control group according to admission time and stochastic Number table method,30 cases in each group. The intervention group had 4 weeks of exercise intervention before operation, and there was no intervention in the control group. Both groups were treated with routine health education by the same group of rehabilitation therapists 2days before surgery; The operation was performed by the same group of surgeons, using the same prosthesis;the two groups were routinely treated by the same group of nurses and therapists during the perioperative period. The functional scores of the two groups in the first 4weeks of operation,2 days before operation and three periods in 1 weeks after operation were recorded and compared in group respectively. The postoperative clinical scores of the patients were recorded and their effects were compared.Selection of SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistics and analysis, numerical data for the mean ± standard deviation representation, the significance of the test method for T test, when the P≤0.05 is statistically significant. Results: At 4 weeks before operation, the HSS evaluation of patients in the intervention group was divided into(50.30±3.68),compared with the HSS score(50.73±4.01)in the control group, the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and after the exercise prescription in the intervention Group 4 weeks before the operation, the HSS evaluation was divided into 2 days before the operation.60.73±5.02),higher than the group’s 4 weeks of preoperative score(P<0.05),after 4weeks of exercise prescription,2 days before the operation to re-evaluate its HSS score, the intervention group patients with knee function score(60.73±5.02),higher than the control group patients(50.7±3.78)score(P<0.05);At 1 weeks after operation, the grade of knee function HSS in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 4 weeks before operation, the Barthel of the patients in the intervention group were divided into(59.5±4.22),the scores of the control group were(59.33±3.40),the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(t=0.168,P=0.867),and the two groups of patients had 1 weeks after knee arthroplasty,The Barthel of the patients in the intervention group were divided into(73.17±4.99),the average score had entered the basic self-care level, the intervention group patients were divided into(69.67±5.07)points 2 days before operation, and the postoperative scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group patients(P<0.05).In the control group, the Barthel evaluation was divided into(61.50±4.38)1 weeks after treatment, which was lower than 1 weeks after treatment of the patients in the intervention group(P<0.05),and the time of the patients in the intervention group after treatment was(1.53±0.62)days,shorter than that of the patients in the control group(4.16±1.02)(P< 0.05),the average length of hospital stay for patients in the intervention group was(8.17±2.00)days,shorter than(14.13±1.92)days(P<0.05)for patients in the control group. Conclusions: 4 weeks exercise intervention before operation can improve the perioperative knee function and self-care ability of patients, the health benefit obtained before operation is higher than that in the control group, the clinical effect of the intervention group is better than that in the control group, and the first 4 weeks exercise intervention is feasible as the pre-rehabilitation measure in rapid recovery. |
