| The Swiss ball was initially used as a medical rehabilitation device for some people with motor nerve damage to restore their athletic ability.Swiss ball has gradually developed into a core stability training method.Some competitive sports teams through using Swiss ball as a training tool to improve athletes’ balance ability,core muscle strength and prevent sports injuries.Comparing with other training methods,the Swiss ball strength exercise is moderately intense,which enhances body instability while making training more fun.Moreover,there is no limitation of practice ground,both indoor and outdoor and the practice effect is more significant.Core stability helps to maintain body balance and can improve the flexibility,stability and coordination of the body.While improving physical quality,it can better control body posture and improve control ability.Rugby is a highly competitive sports event,where core stability plays a role as a bridge between technology and physical fitness.Athletes need well core stability as a guarantee to display their competitive performance and athletic ability and good core stability is also an important guarantee for continuously improving one’s own skills and tactics.However,improving core stability must be achieved through scientific and planned training.Using Swiss ball training can enhance core,shoulder,chest and gluteal muscles,thereby improving core stability.This essay introduces Swiss Ball training into the daily training of Swiss Ball Group B students in Zibo Sports School.The purpose is to evaluate the positive impact of using Swiss balls for training on students’ core stability through 8 weeks of Swiss ball training for experimenters.Thereby providing a reference basis for the application of Swiss ball training to the core stability training program for teenagers.This essay adopts the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,experiment and expert interview to carry out a comparative experiment on the students at Zibo Sports School and ten boys and ten girls are randomly divided into groups.The subjects of the experiment are healthy and all of them are Nation Rank 2 Altheles of the Swiss ball team of Zibo Sports School.Randomly divide into two groups for a control experiment.The experimental group received training with Swiss balls,while the control group received training with traditional core strength.Through 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the results of core stability index testing and specialized ability index testing are obtained.Test indicators: The basic physical condition indicators are height,weight,and age;The core stability indicators include side bridge testing,Biering-S ? rensen testing and UHBE testing;The specific ability indicators are 30 meter run,100 meter run,zigzag run,standing long jump and front throw solid ball.Subsequently,a detailed organization and analysis of the obtained data are conducted and based on the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:According to the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.According to the three stability indexes of the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment,the Swiss ball training is superior to the traditional training.By analyzing the above indicators,the overall performance of the experimental group is better than that of the control group which means there is a positive impact of Swiss ball training.2.Intervening Swiss ball training in rugby training can effectively provide students with interest in core training and change the insipid training method in the past.Swiss ball training can fully mobilize more muscles to participate in sports,develop deeper small muscle groups in the core area of the human body,enhance local sensory ability,pay attention to the development and improvement of body functions which enhance the performance of students on the court to achieve better results.3.In the experimental teaching,there is a significant difference in the training effect between the two groups of students who use Swiss ball training and the traditional strength method.Because of the different emphasis of these two training methods,Swiss ball training focuses on core stability,which is conducive to enhancing the strength of small muscle groups,while traditional core strength training focuses on large muscle groups,which has a greater impact on the improvement of explosive power.Therefore,these two training methods both advantages and disadvantages.Only by combining the two methods can better improve our performance. |
