Research objective : In order to actively implement the " 14 th Five-Year National Eye Health Plan(2021-2025)," the National Health Commission issued the 27 th Eye-loving Day theme in June 2022,and the myopia problem of children and adolescents has once again become the focus of people from all walks of life.Relevant studies have shown that participating in physical exercise has a positive effect on preventing and controlling the progression of myopia in young children.Based on this,this study takes the intervention of sports on the progress of vision as the starting point.Firstly,it investigates and analyzes the current situation of vision of grade 2 students in the middle school affiliated to Renmin University of China.Secondly,according to the current situation of myopia,it designs multiple sports combination vision training.Finally,it verifies the effect of the design on preventing and controlling the progress of myopia in students,provides a safe and effective method for preventing and controlling myopia in adolescents,and provides corresponding theoretical support for physical exercise to prevent and control the progress of myopia in adolescents.Research methods:This research mainly uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,experimental method and other scientific research methods.By using the methods of literature and expert interview,referring to a large number of relevant data on the prevention and treatment of myopia,interviewing experts about myopia intervention methods,the design of multiple exercise combination vision training was carried out.A questionnaire survey was used to select 40 subjects who were voluntary and met the inclusion criteria of the experiment,20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group.The height,weight,spherical equivalent(SE),axial length(AL)and uncorrected distance visual acuity of the subjects were measured before the experiment.The students in the experimental group were trained for 9 weeks of multi-sports combination vision training from Monday to Friday after class,while the students in the control group were trained for the course tasks specified by the school.After 9 weeks,the uncorrected distance visual acuity,spherical equivalent(SE)and axial length(AL)were measured.The mathematical statistics method was used to analyze the intra-group analysis of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.After the experimental intervention,the inter-group analysis of the experimental group and the control group was carried out to verify the effect of the multi-movement combination vision training.Statistical results:1.Among the 499 students in grade 2 of junior high school,307 had poor vision,and the rate of poor vision examination was 61.52 %.The number of mild,moderate and severe poor vision examinations accounted for 15.31 %,32.90 % and 51.79 % of the 307 students,respectively.Among the 336 students in grade 2 of junior high school,307(91.37 %)had vision ≤-0.50 D,and low,moderate and high myopia accounted for62.54 %,31.60 % and 5.86 % of the 307 students,respectively.2.Based on the age of students,the SE and AL index data were compared.The SE of13-year-old students was-2.20(-3.25,-0.87)and AL was 24.64 ± 0.05.The SE of14-year-old students was-2.36(-3.75,-0.75)and AL was 24.92 ± 0.08.Based on the gender perspective of students,the SE and AL index data were compared.The SE of boys’ eyes was-2.20(-3.37,-0.75),and the AL was 25.00 ± 0.06.The SE of girls’ eyes was-2.32(-3.50,-0.87),and the AL was 24.44 ± 0.06.3.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in age,gender,height,weight,uncorrected far vision,spherical equivalent(SE),and axial length(AL)(P > 0.05).In the control group,after the experiment,the uncorrected distance visual acuity of both eyes was 0.07 lower than that before the experiment,the diopter of both eyes deepened by 0.11 D,and the axial length of both eyes increased by 0.08 mm.There was a very significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).4.In the experimental group,the uncorrected distance visual acuity of the left eye and the right eye was higher than that before the experiment,and the uncorrected distance visual acuity of both eyes was higher than 0.06 before the experiment.The SE values of left and right eyes were slightly improved,and the diopter of both eyes was reduced by0.08 D;the AL value of left eye and right eye increased slightly,and the axial length of both eyes increased by 0.02 mm.There was a significant difference in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P < 0.01).5.After the experimental intervention,the left eye and binocular uncorrected distance vision of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed,with a very significant difference(P < 0.01).The right eye uncorrected distance vision of the experimental group was compared with the right eye of the control group,with a significant difference(P < 0.05).The SE values of the left eye and both eyes of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed,with significant difference(P < 0.05).The SE of the right eye of the experimental group was compared with the right eye of the control group,and there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.01)..Research conclusions:1.In the multi-movement combination vision training action,the ’ boo ’ sound is used to nourish the liver,the ’ call ’ sound is used to strengthen the spleen,and the ’ blow ’ sound is used to nourish the kidney;stretching limbs,moving shoulder,neck and spine;massage around the eyes,head and trunk and distal hand and foot acupoints;by stimulating the whole body and visceral nerves,the liver qi,spleen qi and kidney qi are injected to nourish the binoculars,activate the meridians,strengthen the kidney and spleen,and regulate qi and blood;and from the upper and lower left and right before and after multiple directions to exercise the eye muscles and adjust the eye focusing ability,thereby improving eye fatigue,play a role in preventing and controlling the development of vision.2.Most of the students in grade 2 of junior middle school are moderate and severe poor eyesight,and most of them are low and moderate myopia,and the number of low myopia occupies the first place.The degree of myopia gradually deepened with age,and the axial length increased slightly.The myopia degree of girls was higher than that of boys in the same grade,but the axial length was smaller than that of boys in the same grade.3.Through the intervention of multi-movement combined vision training,the left eye,right eye and binocular uncorrected distance vision of myopic students in the experimental group were improved,indicating that the training can improve the level of uncorrected distance vision and improve the static vision of students.4.Through the intervention of multi-movement combined vision training,the absolute value of left eye,right eye and binocular equivalent spherical(SE)of myopic students in the experimental group decreased,indicating that the training can improve students ’myopia to a certain extent.5.Through the intervention of multi-sports combination vision training,the axial length of the students in the experimental group and the control group increased,but the axial growth rate of the students in the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group,indicating that the training could delay the axial elongation to a certain extent.6.Multiple sports combination vision training has no special requirements for sports venues and sports time,which is convenient for students to practice;practicing this training has a positive effect on improving students ’ static vision and spherical equivalent,and can also delay the further elongation of the eye axis.Long-term practice can be recommended.
