Research Objective: This study discusses the influence of core stability training on the completion quality of difficult movements of competitive aerobics candidates,in order to maximize the completion quality of difficult movements of competitive aerobics candidates through scientific and effective training methods,so that their competitive level can be effectively improved before the examination,so as to provide some practical reference value for competitive aerobics coaches and teachers.Research methods: This study intends to use expert interview method,literature method,mathematical statistics method,experiment method and other research methods to compare the core stability training method and traditional training method in the daily training of competitive aerobics,so as to explore the effect of core stability training on the development of core muscle strength of competitive aerobics candidates and its influence on the quality of difficult movements.Research results:(1)Core strength test results:Dynamic test:Intra-group comparison: there were significant differences in the dynamic test results of the experimental group before and after the experiment in 30 seconds of prone back muscle,and there were very significant differences in other test items.In the control group before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in the dynamic test results of the two supine heads at 30 seconds,the side muscles at 60 seconds and the upper right side muscles.There were no differences between the back muscles at 30 seconds and 60 seconds of the prone back muscles.There were significant differences in other test items.Comparison between groups: Before the experiment,there was no difference between the two groups of students in the dynamic test results.After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups of students in the dynamic test results of lying on both heads in 30 seconds,the left side muscle in 30 seconds,and the left side muscle in 60 seconds.There were significant differences in other test items.Static testing:Intra-group comparison: there were significant differences in static test results before and after the experiment in the experimental group.In the control group,there were significant differences in the static test results before and after the experiment.In other test items,there were significant differences.Comparison between groups: Before the experiment,there was no difference between the two groups of students in the static test results.After the experiment,there was a significant difference between the two groups in the static test results of the eighth grade overhead bridge,and there was a significant difference in other test items.(2)Completion quality test results of difficult actions:Intra-group comparison: there were significant differences in the quality test results of difficult movements before and after the experiment.There were significant differences in the quality test results of difficult movements before and after the control group.Comparison between groups: Before the experiment,there was no difference between the two groups of students in the quality test of difficult movement completion.After the experiment,there were significant differences between the two groups of students in the quality test of difficult movement completion.Research conclusion:1.Core stability training has a more comprehensive and targeted effect on enhancing the core muscle strength of competitive aerobics candidates.2.In terms of core strength and dynamic test,traditional strength training has no significant effect on the improvement of explosive power and endurance of students’ core back,while core stability training has more significant improvement on the strength of students’ core muscles.3.In the static test of core parts,core stability training has a good effect on improving the static control force of the front,side and back of students’ core parts.Therefore,the traditional strength training on the improvement of students’ core static control is bottleneck.4 Core stability training has the most significant improvement effect on "horizontal leg control turn 360°",while traditional strength training has the most significant improvement effect on "flexion body split leg jump",but the overall improvement effect of core stability training on difficult movements of group A,B and C is better than that of traditional strength training.
