| Aerobics requires very high core stability of athletes, and unilateral limb resistance training is a training method of core strength training which is developing towards specialization day by day. Objective:To explore the influence of unilateral limb resistance training on lower limb strength, core stability and special core ability of aerobics students.Research methods:According to the characteristics of frequent exertion of unilateral limbs in aerobics technical movements,a unilateral limb resistance training plan is designed in line with aerobics special projects.Forty students from the aerobics class in Jiangyin No.2 Middle School were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received unilateral limb resistance training, while the control group received bilateral limb resistance training. The total duration of each training was 45 min, twice a week, and the training period was 8 weeks. The indexes of lower limb strength, core stability and special core were tested before and after the experiment. The results show that:(1)After 8 weeks’ training, there is no significant difference in the interaction effect of time(pre-test and post-test)× group(control group and experimental group)by repeated measurement of two factors.By using independent sample T test and paired sample T test to analyze the control group and the experimental group,it is found that the results of squat and standing long jump in the control group are significantly improved compared with those before training(P<0.01,P<0.01).The results of squat and Bulgarian one-leg squat in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before training(P<0.05,P<0.05),and the standing long jump was significantly improved(P<0.01),and the performance of Bulgarian one-leg squat was significantly higher than that of the control group after training(P<0.05).(2)After 8 weeks’ training, there was no significant difference in the interaction effect of time(pre-test and post-test)× group(control group and experimental group)by repeated measurement of two factors.By using the independent sample T test and paired sample T test to analyze the control group and the experimental group,it was found that the scores of the eight-level abdominal bridge and the six-level back bridge in the control group were significantly improved compared with those before training(P<0.01,P<0.01).The results of the eight-level abdominal bridge, the six-level back bridge and the five-level side bridge in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before training(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after training.(3)After 8 weeks’ training, the double-factor repeated measurement of flexion and leg jumping and 360-degree rotation of one foot showed that there was significant difference in the interaction effect of time(pre-test and post-test)× group(control group and experimental group)(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the interaction effect of time ×group through the 360-degree rotation of one foot. There was no significant difference between pre-test and post-test in the control group, but there was significant difference between pre-test and post-test in the experimental group(P<0.05).By using the independent sample T-test,it was found that the results of 360-degree rotation of one foot in the control group were not significantly improved, while the results of 360-degree rotation of one foot in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Unilateral limb resistance training is better than bilateral limb resistance training in Bulgaria.(2)There is no obvious difference between unilateral and bilateral limb resistance training in the training effect of core stability indexes such as eight-level abdominal bridge,six-level back bridge and five-level side bridge.(3)Unilateral limb resistance training is obviously superior to bilateral limb resistance training in the training effect of bending and jumping. |
