Research On Social Work’s Involvement In Community Sports Culture Construction

Our country is at a key point of transforming sports power into sports power.As the most grass-roots sports practice,the development of community sports directly affects the overall situation of construction of sports power.At the same time,with the improvement of people’s living standard,community residents put forward higher requirements for the development and construction of community sports.Therefore,the involvement of social work in the construction of community sports culture can not only improve the quality of community sports service by using professional advantages,but also contribute to the development of social work in the field of community sports culture and accelerate the process of the construction of community sports culture.On the basis of domestic and foreign research,this paper investigates the community sports culture construction of the street where the practice is located through the method of observation,questionnaire and interview.With material culture construction,spiritual culture construction,institutional culture construction and organizational culture construction as the main investigation content,this paper understands the community situation and summarizes the role of social work in the construction of community sports.It is found that there are some difficulties in the process of social work intervention:the ability of social workers fails to improve continuously with the expansion of the scope of service;In the process of intervention,the means to mobilize residents are simple and lack of skills;The publicity of sports policy is superficial and the real effect is difficult to guarantee.The normative consciousness of some community sports organizations is poor.In view of the above problems,under the guidance of the regional development model and the advantageous perspective theory,this paper analyzes the practice of community sports culture construction in C street,re-examines the role that social work can play in the construction of community sports culture,and puts forward specific suggestions on the involvement of social work in the development of community sports culture:First,social workers should constantly improve their ability to integrate resources and the awareness of active service.Second,in the process of development,we should respect the main status of residents,in order to create a national fitness atmosphere in the community;Third,the policy publicity should be reasonable arrangement,establish a long-term mechanism;Fourth,promote the standardized development of community sports organizations and improve their professional level.
