| In recent years,with the development of vocational education,the number of higher vocational institutions and the scale of enrolled students have grown significantly.As an important means and way to fight against poverty in education,students from low-income families account for more than 20%of students in higher vocational colleges and universities.This group has some special features in terms of economic level,learning ability and mental health,which deserve attention and attention from all educational bodies.As an important part of talent cultivation in higher education institutions,the internship is a key transition period for students from higher education institutions to move from student status to working position,which provides a foundation for students from low-income families to understand career content and accumulate career experience so that they can better embark on working position.In order to study the current situation of the internship of students from low-income families in higher vocational institutions,this paper takes synergy theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis,starts from the overview of the internship of higher vocational students,defines the basic concepts of higher vocational students,internship and students from low-income families,and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent study.In the research process,research methods such as questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview and physical collection were used to find out that in the current internship process of students from low-income families in higher vocational colleges and universities,there are imperfect internship policy guarantee,insufficient supervision and management system in schools,inadequate management by teachers,formalistic problems in supervision and management,insufficient understanding and superficial management by enterprises,psychological problems and self-management by students themselves Weak self-management and other problems.Further,from the perspective of multiple stakeholders,including the government,schools,enterprises and students themselves,more targeted policies are proposed,namely,the government should further improve the relevant management system and establish an internship-related file system for students from low-income families;schools should establish a special group for internship work,strengthen platform management,actively coordinate resources and focus on the internship process of students from low-income families;enterprises should The school should establish a special team for internship work,strengthen platform management,actively coordinate resources and focus on the internship process of students from low-income families;enterprises should strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and internship management to ensure the depth of internship practice;students themselves need to establish a correct concept of internship,actively manage themselves and participate in career awareness activities.It is hoped that the above aspects will work together to improve the effectiveness of internship for students from low-income families and help them grow and develop more smoothly. |
