Research On Practice Insurance Of Vocational Colleges In China

Under the talent training mode of "school enterprise cooperation,work study combination",the practical teaching and application-oriented talent mode of Vocational Education in China has developed rapidly.After studying the theoretical basis for two years in school,the vocational college students go to the practice unit to participate in the internship for no less than half a year according to the national requirements in the last year,which is the special feature of vocational college education.However,due to their own lack of proficiency in operation or the lack of management and practical training by schools and enterprises,industrial accidents occur frequently in Vocational Colleges in recent years,which not only makes the interns suffer from injuries,but also makes the internship units and vocational colleges bear a huge amount of compensation.At the same time,it also has an extremely negative impact on the national government.Especially when the legal status of interns is not clear,properly solving the insurance problem of post interns in vocational colleges is not only the important purpose of maintaining the sustainable development of vocational education and cultivating practical talents,but also the political task of consolidating the foundation of the government and building a harmonious society.Therefore,the problem of internship injury insurance of post interns has become the political task of our country It is one of the important issues for the government to solve the public problems and improve China’s social security response capacity.By using the methods of literature research,statistical analysis,case study and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes it in accordance with the research idea of "raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems".First of all,through the comparative analysis of the current situation of internship insurance in vocational colleges,it is found that the compensation liability is difficult to determine,the insurance period is short and the amount of insurance compensation is low;secondly,it analyzes the causes of the problems from the three levels of the national government,enterprise colleges and insurance units.Thirdly,due to the short development time of internship insurance in China,we can learn from the experience of developed countries and Chinese Macao and Chinese Taiwan in the development of internship insurance.Finally,combined with the basic conditions of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we put forward some suggestions for the development of internship insurance in Vocational Colleges in China.At the national level,the government should improve the legislation related to internship,so as to pave the way for the interns to be included in the work-related injury insurance.At the same time,the Ministry of human resources and social security should establish the work-related injury insurance fund of vocational colleges to prepare for the compensation of work-related injury,legislate to force the establishment of practice liability insurance system,and establish the practice insurance mode of "employment injury insurance + commercial insurance" to escort the interns.Only in this way can the interests of interns in vocational colleges be fully protected.
