Bilateral transfer is a type of action learning transfer, which refers to the phenomenon of positive transfer from one limb of the body to the other during the learning process of a certain sports technique. The transfer is most evident in the left and right hands of the body. The transfer theory has been applied to teaching in athletics, ball games, and other related experiments, proving that the practice of weak side hand technical movements can effectively promote the level of strong side hand technical movements. Therefore, this article conducts an experimental study on the bilateral transfer of volleyball’s frontal underhand serve and spike techniques, aiming to explore and analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of the theory of bilateral transfer in volleyball beginner teaching from the aspects of the technical evaluation scores, target scores, and landing accuracy scores of volleyball’s frontal underhand serve and spike techniques. This article adopts research methods such as literature review, expert interviews, questionnaire surveys, experiments, and mathematical statistics. The ratio of the amount of weak limb exercise to the amount of strong limb exercise in Experiment 2 is 1:1;The control group only received strong lateral hand training from the beginning to the end of the experiment.Observing the changes in students’ interest in physical education learning before and after the experiment,as well as testing the technical evaluation scores, achievement scores, and landing accuracy scores of frontal underhand serve and frontal spike techniques before and after the experiment, the following results were obtained:(1)Through bilateral transfer teaching,it has varying degrees of promoting effect on volleyball beginners’ learning of frontal underhand serve techniques in terms of technical evaluation scores, standard achievement scores, and landing accuracy scores, and is superior to strong side hand exercises with the same total amount of practice.Through one-way analysis of variance,it was found that there were significant differences in the performance of motor skill evaluation and accuracy of placement, while there was no significant difference in the achievement of standards.Adding different amounts of weak side hand practice during the practice of front underhand serve technique can achieve different practice effects.Among them, the best effect is to improve the performance of front underhand serve technique when the ratio of weak side hand practice to strong side limb practice is 1:2.(2)Through bilateral transfer teaching,it has a promoting effect on volleyball beginners’ learning of frontal spiking techniques in terms of technical evaluation scores, target achievement scores, and landing accuracy scores, and is superior to strong side hand exercises with only the same total amount of practice.Through one-way analysis of variance,it was found that there was a significant difference in the performance of motor skill evaluation, while there was no significant difference in the achievement of standards and accuracy of placement.Adding a certain amount of weak side hand practice during the practice of frontal spiking technique can achieve different training effects, among which the best effect is to improve the performance of frontal spiking technique when the ratio of weak side hand practice to strong side limb practice is 1:1.(3)Through bilateral transfer teaching, the experimental group students’ interest in physical education learning has significantly improved(P<0.05).(4)Through bilateral transfer teaching, the experimental group students have good skills and habits in using "weak side hand" techniques and tactics.Based on the integration of the obtained results, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There is a phenomenon of bilateral transfer in the techniques of frontal underhand serve and frontal spike, which is beneficial for improving teaching effectiveness.(2)Teaching based on bilateral transfer can improve students’ control over their bilateral limbs, deepen the movement traces and dynamic stereotypes of the frontal underhand serve technique, and facilitate the formation of good motor skills, making the technical movements mastered by volleyball beginners more standardized and accurate.(3)The teaching based on bilateral transfer, through students’ self feedback on learning positive spiking techniques,is conducive to improving students’ understanding and mastery of the techniques, and can make the technical movements of positive spiking for volleyball beginners more standardized.(4)In the teaching process, the amount of practice required for the weaker limb varies with different difficulty levels of technical movements. In this article, when the amount of weak side hand practice accounts for 1/3 of the total practice,it has a better effect on improving the front underhand serve technique, and when the amount of weak side hand practice accounts for 1/2 of the total practice,it has a better effect on improving the front spike technique.(5)In terms of interest in sports learning, the use of bilateral transfer teaching can enhance students’ interest in sports learning and stimulate their learning enthusiasm.(6)In terms of teaching competitions, the use of bilateral transfer in teaching can enhance body coordination and flexibility, and increase the frequency of use of weak limbs. |
