This experiment explores better teaching methods through the study of the theory of bilateral row migration. In the traditional teaching method of strong lateral foot first, the proportion of exercise time and load around the balance of left and right feet in the football general course of physical education specialty is taught,so that students majoring in physical education can better complete the task of learning in the football general course, and become more qualified physical education teachers.Research methods : The research methods of this paper include literature review, expert interview, experimental method and mathematical statistics, among which experimental method is the main method. The experiment is divided into preparatory experiment and formal experiment. In the formal experiment,60 students from the male class of physical education major of Grade 2021 in Guangzhou Sport University are selected as the main research objects. The experimental group mainly uses the bilateral migration theory to explore better teaching methods around the balanced training of feet, and the control group mainly uses the traditional teaching method of strong lateral feet. The experimental group was divided into five groups of 10 people in each group were applied to the left and right foot teaching time and load ratio of 5 :5,3 : 7,7 : 3,1 : 9,9 : 1 teaching method, the experiment often for 16 weeks 64 hours(40 min one hour). The experimental effect was analyzed by comparing the data before and after the experiment. Results :(1)According to the experimental analysis, the application of bilateral transfer theory in general courses of physical education specialty helps to improve students’ speed and sensitivity, but it is not significant for the improvement of strength.(2)Under the guidance of bilateral transfer theory, the teaching method of balanced training of left and right feet(balanced proportion of teaching time and load of left and right feet)has significant teaching effect on football skills such as juggling the ball, dribbling around the pole and passing the ball around the arch of the foot compared with traditional teaching.(3)According to the left and right foot teaching time and load ratio of 7 : 3,the ball practice of the ball to improve the effect is most obvious, this proportion of practice is more conducive to the coordinated development of feet.(4)Under the guidance of the bilateral transfer theory, when the balanced training around the left and right feet is conducted, the teaching effect is more obvious when the proportion of teaching time and load of the left and right feet is between 7 :3 and 3 : 7,and the teaching effect is getting worse and worse when the proportion of teaching time and load of the left and right feet is beyond this. |
