| This article through to three months of badminton teaching experiment,the experimental classes and that in comparative classes teaching,the teaching effect in the comparison of contrast experiment method.Experimental classes of students in the dominant hand to grasp a basic technology,increase the nondominant hand corresponding technical practice.That in comparative classes by routine teaching,practice dominant hand only.The other is consistent with the experimental factors.Study the application of bilateral transfer theory in the badminton teaching effect,various techniques to improve the students’ learning badminton grades and technical grades,before and after the experiment,the influence of related physical changes,etc.Provide new methods for teaching,for the development of sports potential,enhance the training effect of teaching and provides the basis for bilateral migration theory application.This article mainly research application of the theory of dual lateral migration in badminton teaching,for the experimental objects,several aspects of influence,the following conclusions:(1)Bilateral migration theory applied in the badminton teaching can improve the quality of the part related,with little change about the power of quality,or so dramatically improve body coordination and feel.(2)The bilateral migration theory used in the badminton teaching for greater influence on the backhand technical grades,and smaller influence on forehand technical grades.(3)Dual lateral migration theory applied in the badminton teaching can improve the forehand and backhand technology on technical grade.Suggestions in the future teaching practice:(1)Application in bilateral migration theory in practice must pay attention to the learners’ psychological counseling.(2)Practicing personnel should strengthen the understanding of bilateral migration theory application.(3)The coaches should strengthen bilateral migration in the application of the badminton teaching and training. |
