Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which puts forward new requirements on educational ethics for cultivating newcomers of the era with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.The study of Durkheim’s educational ethics has important reference significance for enriching and developing educational ethics in the new era.Durkheim’s educational ethics is based on the related theories of human nature,sociology and pedagogy.In the aspect of human nature,on the basis of distinguishing between the duality and altruism,social and non-social nature of human nature,he proved that individuals have altruistic tendencies;in sociology,he pointed out that the reason why human nature is altruistic is that individuals live in In society,society is a moral community,organic unity rather than mechanical unity;in pedagogy,he believes that scientific education can cultivate rational thinking,aesthetic education can cultivate moral character,and history education can cultivate collective consciousness.The core essence of Durkheim’s educational ethics is embodied in four principles,namely,the principle of moral priority,the principle of discipline,the principle of social group attachment,and the principle of autonomy.The moral priority principle requires teachers to have a clear role orientation and good role models;the discipline principle requires children to have a preference for routine and respect for authority;the social group attachment principle requires children to understand the social existence in the individual and the social reintegration of the individual.Spirit;the principle of autonomy requires children to form autonomy through knowledge,and to achieve self-discipline and autonomy in behavior.Durkheim’s educational ethics thought shows four characteristics,namely,the human nature of educational idea,the social nature of educational process,the autonomy of moral education,and the harmony of educational relationship.The educational concept adheres to people-oriented,follows the laws of physical and mental development of children,and attaches great importance to the humanitarianism of punishment;the educational purpose in the educational process is to cultivate socialized individuals,and the educational content is the knowledge,language,religion,etc.formed in the process of social development.The function is to teach children the concept of goodness and guide the society to be good;moral education should cultivate the autonomy formed by children’s knowledge and guide children to act autonomously;in the educational relationship,it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between individuals and society,families and schools,teachers and students.Relationships,to achieve harmonious coexistence,stalemate and long.The review of Durkheim’s educational ethics and thought values is presented in three aspects:one is its scientific rationality,which is reflected in moral punishment,the unity of individuals and society,and rational moral education;the other is its limitations of the times,which is reflected in the excessive emphasis on teachers’ authority,exaggerate the moral education of schools;the third is its ideological inspiration,which is reflected in the further development and practice of educational ethics in the new era,which inspires us to improve the professional ethics level of teachers,shape the moral personality of students,and build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Pay attention to the construction of family style and family style.From this,we know that Durkheim’s educational ethics thought contains rich ethical value and educational significance.Through in-depth study and dialectical absorption,it will help to continuously enrich the educational ethics thought system in the new era and cultivate high-quality talents with sound personality.
