Research On School Characteristics In The Vision Of Educational Essence

The paper studies the theory and practice of school characteristics construction in the vision of educational essence. It puts forward the step development theory on school characteristic construction and raises the criticism on the problems in the school construction to state the urgency and difficulty of school characteristic construction. On the other hand, the thesis proposes the view of Human-orientation and the tendency of school characteristic construction to educational essence. Thirdly, it discusses the motivation, design, means and principles of school characteristic construction with preliminary philosophical thinking.At last, the paper exemplifies some cases analysis on high school characteristic construction in Suzhou urban and proposes some constructive suggestions.
