Nine-year system school(9-Year Schools),refers to the secondary education of the "middle school education" and the primary education of the "ordinary primary school"implementation of the "nine-year system" school.Teachers,namely the qualification of teachers,including its culture,teaching,cultivation level,papers,professional title,scientific research and other aspects.The characteristics of large scale and large grade span of the nine-year system school put forward a greater test for teachers and managers,and those who can take into account both primary and middle school education can play a huge role in the nine-year system school.The faculty construction of the nine-year system school is the cornerstone of the sustainable development of the school.This paper in Xi’an nine-year system school S school as a sample,through questionnaire survey,interview,with incentive theory,system theory,government intervention theory,based on the truth,collected the data of Xi ’an nine-year system school teachers construction,recorded the line of teachers on teachers construction views and opinions,summarizes the Xi’ an nine-year system school teachers construction common problems:teachers structure imbalance,teacher training not on-demand supply,moral education way is single,teachers’ self-development consciousness is weak,etc.The main reasons for the problems are analyzed:the teacher recruitment mechanism is not mature enough,the post-job training system is not perfect enough,the moral education construction fails to form a system,and the teachers’ sense of professional belonging is not strong.In view of the above problems,it provides countermeasures to optimize the construction of teachers in the nine-year system schools in Xi’an city:the education authorities play a guiding and regulatory role,rationally allocate the structure of teachers,scientifically and effectively promote the rotation of teachers,increase the post-service training opportunities for teachers,and formulate a fair incentive and guarantee system.The school attaches great importance to the construction of teaching staff,has the courage to innovate the internal management system,and plans the teacher training program,so as to ensure the"maintenance of moral education" coherence".Teachers take the initiative to broaden their own development path,improve teaching efficiency,and strive to achieve self-development,the overall design of curriculum,ensure the seamless connection between primary school and junior middle school.
