Study On The Open Sharing Path Of Inner Mongolia Government Statistical Data

With the advent of the digital economy era,there are new changes in the information communication between the government and the public,and it has become an irresistible trend to establish a government data opening system that is more sophisticated and convenient for public interaction.Government statistics data is an important macro data of economic and social operation and an important part of the database of economic and social development.To realize the open sharing of statistical data is conducive to accelerating the optimal allocation and effective use of government information resources in the autonomous region,realizing the coordination of departments,avoiding repeated construction,and making statistical data play a full role in supporting scientific decision-making and macro management of Party committees and governments at all levels.No matter from the content,substance,or purpose,it is of great significance to open and share government statistical data.Through sorting out the current situation of open sharing of statistical data in our district,this paper deeply excavates and analyzes the realistic obstacles existing in the process of open sharing of government statistical data,and explores the future trend of open sharing path of government data.Since 2018,the Bureau of Statistics of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has made positive and beneficial explorations in statistical data sharing,taking departmental cooperation and data sharing as its key work in accordance with the working concept of "based on statistics and grasping statistics,looking beyond statistics and cooperating with statistics in an open manner".However,due to the late start of government data opening and sharing in China,our district lacks advanced experience for reference in the practice process,and there are problems such as lack of relevant laws and regulations,lack of unified data management standards,platform construction to be improved,and lack of interaction between government and people in statistical data opening and sharing.So should be open to the Inner Mongolia autonomous region bureau of statistics on government statistics by sharing practice of innovation and to recommend it for sure,lag and deficiencies for reflection and criticism,open government statistics indicate the effective path at the same time,thus narrowing the information gap between the public and the government,improve the information asymmetry between the government department,It provides technical support for the public to exercise the right to know and data guarantee for the Party and government organs to make scientific decisions.
