| Wang Dengfeng,director of the Department of Sports,Health and Art Education of the Ministry of Education,pointed out that in 2020,the obesity rate of college students in my country is 5.5%,and it is increasing year by year.The reason for the analysis is that there are problems that need to be improved in the cultivation of college students’ physical exercise habits,diet management,and work and rest time management.Exercise intervention is one of the main ways for teenagers to lose fat and weight.It is particularly important to develop a scientific and effective exercise intervention method that is suitable for guiding college students to carry out fat loss training.Drawing on domestic and foreign scholars on exercise intervention methods to review the research on the effect of fat loss,it is found that HIIT training,aerobic training,equipment training,and body weight training are the four commonly used exercise methods in fat loss training.The two groups were combined to form four different exercise intervention programs and applied in experimental research.Using literature method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method and combing statistics and other research methods,56 obese college students with BMI index ≥ 28 were selected as experimental subjects.The data indicators such as body shape and physical function of the four groups of subjects with different exercise intervention programs before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed,so as to verify the effect of the four exercise intervention programs on the fat reduction effect of obese college students,in order to scientifically reduce fat and reduce fat in obese college students.Effective weight control provides appropriate training methods and practical references.Analysis conclusion:(1)Through the paired sample T test,it can be seen that,except that the index of resting heart rate has no significant effect,the four groups of exercise intervention programs have significant differences in the before and after comparison results of various physical indicators.The body shape,physical function and muscle strength level of obese college students have been improved and improved.(2)The average value and multiple comparisons of the obtained data showed that group A was better than the other three programs in reducing fat and weight;group B was better than the other three programs in improving body shape and increasing muscle shape.group;group A and group C were better than the other three groups in improving cardiopulmonary function.Finally,through a comprehensive evaluation of the experimental results of the four exercise intervention programs,it is concluded that the exercise intervention program of group A is aerobic exercise + HIIT training.In terms of intensity and program formulation,it is relatively suitable for obese college students to carry out fat loss training in the early stage,and it will not be during training.Limited by the venue,it can be promoted and applied in more scenarios. |
