Case Evidence-based Research On Improving The Family Intimacy Of Retiredsoldiers

In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the military,the retired military service security system is strengthened.The first meeting of the National People’s Congress on March 13,issued the decision of the State Council’s reform programs,and approved the establishment of the Decommissioning of the People’s Republic of China.It has played a positive role in effective improvement of retired military re-employment,professional conversion.However,after retired soldiers retired,the environmental changes,the transformation of the role,and the problem of adaptation involves all aspects of life.The family is the basic social organization unit and is an important force in stabilizing society.It can give retirement soldiers informal social support in the material level and the spiritual level,which is the initial place of the socialization of retired military.It can be said that families can act in the process of retired soldiers’ whole social adaptation,is an important factor affecting the social adaptation of retired military people.In the family,couple intimate relationships are the core of family relationships,and dedication to the close relationship of husband and wife is critical to afamily.In order to be able to provide targeted social work services to retired soldiers,the service is given to their adaptation requirements.This study selected more than 20 retired soldiers conducted in-depth interviews,using interview,root theory and other social work research methods,in the bureau perspective The status quo and needs of the current retired military couples and communications were studied.The study found that due to the long-term communication between the retired soldiers and the lack of communication,with their own lack of communication skills,it has caused its communication with the spouse to not optimize.The way the couple communicated by the couple is an influential factor affecting couples,so the family intimacy relationship between retired soldiers and spouses and communication problems deserve in-depthresearch.The author uses the working methods of social work cases to intervene in the communication of retired soldiers and their spouses.By strengthening the importance of retired soldiers to communicate with couples,we will improve the communication skills of retiredsoldierstoimprovethefamilyintimacyofretiredsoldiers.Atthesametime,inorder to be able to verify the effectiveness of the case work intervention,this study has taken a single-formal experimental method while the case involvement,and the ABA practice modeis designed and the ABAB practice model.By comparing the decoyed soldiers in the intervention and baseline behavioral changes in the behavioralwork.Studies have shown that case work has a certain effect on improving the family intimacy of retired soldiers.By further comparing two practical patterns,ABAB practical model is more obvious to improve the family intimateness of retired military.This study provides a reference to the practical experience of the social work involved in the retired military family,providing reference for solving the relationship between retired military familyrelationships.
