Study On Influencing Factors Of Rural Women’s Entrepreneurial Performance

In recent years,China’s economic is developing rapidly.With the widening gap between urban and rural areas,many rural male workers move to cities.Rural women undertake various responsibilities such as agricultural production,housework and taking care of the elderly and children,which makes many women become the main force of rural development.In order to seek flexible working hours and better support their families,many women began to choose the path of entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship is an effective carrier for women to reduce employment pressure and provide economic support for families.In the upsurge of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",women’s entrepreneurial activities are increasing day by day,but entrepreneurship often has the problems of low entrepreneurial performance and difficult to guarantee entrepreneurial effect.What factors will affect rural women’s entrepreneurial performance and how will they be affected.Through the in-depth study of these problems,it is very important for the good development of rural women’s entrepreneurship trend.Firstly,by carding the related literature at home and abroad in recent years,it establishes a theoretical basis for the study of rural women’s entrepreneurial performance;Secondly,on the basis of the feature of the research target,define the correlation concepts,carding the relevant theories,and provide foundation for the next step;Third,using micro survey data,taking Hebei Province as an example,this paper analyzes the current basic situation and performance of rural women’s entrepreneurship,and understands the current situation of rural women’s entrepreneurship;Fourth,construct the theoretical framework of influencing factors of rural women’s entrepreneurial performance,so as to provide reference for empirical analysis;Finally,according to the 210 sample data collected,this paper makes a preliminary understanding of the influencing factors of rural women’s entrepreneurial performance through cross analysis,uses SPSS software and Amos software to process the collected questionnaire,determines the specific indicators of empirical analysis through factor analysis,reliability and validity test,and then uses SEM model for empirical test to draw the corresponding conclusions.The results show that the factors that have an important impact on the personal and organizational performance of rural female entrepreneurs include personal characteristics,self-efficacy,innovation ability,infrastructure environment,survival motivation and opportunity motivation;The factors that have little impact on the personal performance of rural female entrepreneurs include resource acquisition ability,economic environment and policy support environment;The only factor that has little impact on the organizational performance of rural female entrepreneurs is the ability to obtain resources.In the light of the research conclusions,this paper raises some treatments and suggestions,such as changing the individual cognitive level of rural female entrepreneurs,improving the entrepreneurial ability of rural female entrepreneurs,optimizing the entrepreneurial environment of rural women and stimulating the entrepreneurial motivation of rural women.The main innovations of this study are as follows:firstly,according to this study it find that the ability of resource acquisition has no significant positive impact on rural women’s entrepreneurial performance.Under the dual influence of the overall low educational level of rural women and the insufficient extensive social relationship network,their access to resources is limited,so their performance level can’t be effectively improved.Secondly,this study analyzes the entrepreneurial performance of rural women in Hebei Province from the four dimensions:individual cognition,entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial motivation,enriches and deepens the relevant research,the method is feasible and the conclusion is credible.
