| Equestrian sports is a modern transformation of the Chinese traditional sports culture,organically film with the resources in culture,tourism,agriculture,leisure and other fields.It is a fashion sports project,which enriches the national fitness activities and becomes an emerging business form of the sports industry,which can fully meet the people’s needs for a better life.Since entering the new era,the country has vigorously developed national fitness,so as to promote the development of sports industry and promote the growth of sports eyed.As a leisure and fitness sport,equestrian sports has become an important part of national fitness and sports industry.As an important area of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,southern Jiangsu province has a York superior geographical Could geographical environment,a developed economic foundation,and a high awareness and enthusiasm for fitness.Equestrian clubs are an important carrier for equestrian sports.Under the encouragement of national policy dividends and industry prospects,equestrian clubs in this region have developed rapidly,which has played a good role in promoting the development of sports industry and national fitness in the region.This paper studies the operation of equestrian clubs in South Jiangsu province,with the nine equestrian clubs in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou,Drawing on operation theory,human resource management theory,risk management theory and control theory,Using the literature data method,expert interview method,field survey method and other research methods,investigates the overall operation of equestrian clubs in southern Jiangsu province,from the status of operation,management,human resources,security risk,information management and other aspects,to study the current situation,problems and reasons in the operation of equestrian clubs in southern Jiangsu province,Finally,the optimization strategy of equestrian club operation is put forward.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Equestrian sports is a fashionable leisure and fitness exercise,which is of great significance to enrich the national fitness activities and stimulate residents’ enthusiasm for sports consumption.Equestrian clubs are an important carrier of equestrian sports.The operation of equestrian clubs is related to the development of equestrian sports,and also related to the market norms and management of equestrian clubs.Therefore,we must pay attention to the operation of equestrian clubs.2.South Jiangsu region is located in the Yangtze river delta,are our economic developed areas,superior natural environment,economic environment and social and cultural environment,provides unique conditions for the development of equestrian club,the region equestrian club growing fast,race types,but the rapid development of equestrian club and lag of organization management system and the contradiction between security system is also increasingly prominent.3.The operation of equestrian clubs in southern Jiangsu province is not perfect,and there are many problems.If the club has a single operation form and high cost,affecting the profit;the managers the internal managers lack experience,the overall quality of the coach team is not stable,the stable facilities are not nice,the safety factor is not high,the club publicity,less cooperation and communication with the outside world.4.In order to promote the better development of equestrian clubs in southern Jiangsu,the management situation,human resources,security risk,information management of equestrian clubs are analyzed,and the optimization strategy of equestrian clubs in southern Jiangsu is put forward.For example,diversified operation,attracts customer flow with training below market price;define internal management responsibilities,establish a perfect internal organization management system of the club,guarantee the benefits of equestrian coaches;standardizes equestrian club operation according to industry standards,optimize the internal development environment of the club;publicize equestrian clubs in diversified ways,and cooperate with other industries. |
