| Research objective:At present,various sports are in full swing in urban primary and secondary schools,among which basketball and football are the largest and most widely popularized.However,in rural primary and secondary schools,due to the lack of teachers and the difficult teaching environment,children’s health sports have not been paid attention to,which is very adverse to the future development of sports skills and physical quality of rural primary and secondary school students.This paper studies the influence of basketball and football training on the development of rough movement and physical quality of junior students in rural primary schools,aiming to enrich and perfect the content of children’s sports teaching and the theory of rough movement development,and provide guidance for the reform of sports teaching for junior students in rural primary schools.Research Methods:This study took basketball and football as intervention means to explore the influence of basketball and football training on the development of gross movements and physical quality of rural primary school students.Ninety-nine students in grade two of Siling Central School were divided into three groups:basketball group,football group and control group for 8 weeks.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,using inter-group and intra-group comparison method,the students’ physical fitness and gross movement score before and after the experiment were compared.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of experiment,the physical fitness and gross motion score of basketball group and football group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The physical fitness of the control group was significantly improved except for 30 meters running(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the scores of other test items.In terms of gross movements,the score of running skills in the control group was significantly improved(P<0.05),while other indicators were also not significantly improved.There was no significant difference in the improvement of each sub-item in the control group,but the total scores of displacement skills and physical control skills were significantly improved before the experiment(P<0.05).(2)In the physical fitness test after the experiment,the indexes in the basketball group were significantly improved compared with the control group except for the one-minute rope skipping test(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the forward bend score of 30-meter running and sitting body in football group showed little improvement and no significant difference,while other items also showed significant improvement(P<0.05).After the experiment,in the test of gross motion level,the indexes of basketball group except kicking ball and bocce ball were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,all indexes except bocce were significantly improved in football group(P<0.05).(3)After the experiment comparison and analysis of basketball and soccer group physical quality score with bulky action progress,basketball and football group the progress of the physical quality index does not exist significant differences,gross motor skills of basketball and soccer group testing,the indicators of basketball group on the hop,in situ bounce the ball skills progress is obvious,there are significant differences(P<0.05),The football group improved significantly in kicking and hitting the fixed ball,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).(4)By the movements of the body quality promotion and bulky before and after the experiment with an analysis of the correlation of the progress,vital capacity,lifting capacity and displacement of sit-ups skills several testing index score improved significantly positive correlation,vital capacity and standing long jump increase quantity and material control skills several testing index score improved significantly positive correlation.Research Conclusions:(1)The 8-week basketball training course and football training course have a positive effect on the improvement of the physical quality and gross movement level of the lower grade students in rural primary schools.(2)There is no significant difference between 8-week basketball training course and 8-week football training course in improving the physical quality of rural primary school students.(3)The 8-week basketball training course has a greater advantage in improving the skills of bouncing the ball on the spot and jumping on one foot in the rough movement test of rural primary school students in the lower grades,and the 8-week football training course has a greater advantage in improving the skills of kicking and hitting the fixed ball.(4)The improvement of lung capacity and endurance quality,waist and abdomen strength and body coordination reflected by sit-up were significantly positively correlated with the improvement of displacement skills of rural primary school students;Lung capacity and endurance quality,lower limb strength and coordination ability of upper and lower limbs reflected by standing long jump are significantly positively correlated with the improvement of physical control skills of rural primary school students. |
