| The theory of enterprise strategy has produced two theoretical development paths,namely,the industry structure resource school and the internal resource school.The former focus on the macro environment and industrial environment’s influence on enterprises,the latter focus on the development and utilization of internal resources.The resource-based view to have the internal resources of heterogeneity and not easy liquidity as premise,emphasize has the value,scarcity,not imitation,irreplaceability internal resources of enterprise,is the enterprise to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.Based on resource-based view,this thesis analyzes satisfies the definition of resource based view enterprise resource categories.Based on VRIO framework,identify the Q human resource company’s own resources after evaluation,find the resources can be used as enterprise to obtain competitive advantage.By analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to select the optimal corporate growth strategy,and strategy implementation plan,develop valuable,rarity,inimitability and organization resources to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of enterprise strategy,strategic safeguard measures are put forward.After nearly 40 years of development,the resource-based view continues to mature,but it is still in the stage of perfection.How to empirically apply the resource-based view is an urgent problem to be solved.The innovation point of this thesis is to put forward the enterprise resource analysis model based on resource-based view through theoretical research and apply it to empirical analysis.It is found that in the process of making growth strategy,enterprises should make strategic choice according to the actual situation of enterprise resources.When the resources of enterprises do not have sustainable competitive advantages,they should choose the strategy of concentrated growth to avoid blind expansion.At the same time,resources that may become competitive advantages are developed to prepare for the future development of the enterprise. |
