In recent years, the booming private higher schools have alleviated the contradiction of higher education resources in China, have promoted the diversification of higher education system, have broadened the channels for the higher education investment, and have also adjusted the layout of institutions of higher education. However, the prevalence of the problems of unsubstantial faculty, insufficient quantity, under-graded quality, and unreasonable structure,etc., have become the important factors in the development of the non-governmental institutions of higher education. Therefore, strengthening the management and construction of strategic human resources of private higher school, and integrating various resources of private higher schools play an important role in promoting the further development of private higher schools. Based on the perspective of strategy,formulating the strategy of human resource management of private higher educations helps to solve the current various problems in human resources management of private colleges.The factor of strategic human resource is of great significance to the development of the schools, reasonable configuration and effective management of strategic human resources are crucial to the success or failure of the private schools. Therefore, formulating and implementing the development strategy should experience a process of from strategy to strategic planning, and to the strategic management. The deep analysis of the human resources management in private schools can help to establish the concept of strategic human resource management in private schools, enhance the core competitiveness of the private schools and make it a healthy and benign development.
