| In recent years,China’s modern economic construction has developed rapidly,that the material level has been rising,people’s multiple needs are prominent.When people are satisfied the low-level material needs,they will continue to pursue higher-level spiritual needs.Counselors of technical school are front-line workers who promote the education,and are important personnel engaged in the ideological and political education and daily management of students in technical school.Their work well-being will directly affect the development of the work,the influence of personal career,more affect the organization’s development and progress.This thesis,using questionnaire survey method,and interview method to measures and empirical analyzes the work well-being of technical school counselors.This thesis,study the technical school counselors in the workplace,who acquired in the process of implement responsibility of the emotional experience,using the questionnaire investigation and interview method and empirical analyzes the work well-being of technical school counselors.Do research at three technical schools in Guangzhou,Heyuan,Zhongshan,guangdong province and empirical analysis on the data collected.And then analysis the factors affecting the current Work well-being of technical school counselors deeply.The findings: Compared with the technical school full-time teachers,the counselors work well-being is low.There are significant differences in measuring dimension.The causes of deficiency of counselors work well-being lies in salary level gap,the lack of training,professional ability to ascend is slow and administrative promotion channel narrow,professional and technical title evaluation encountered bottlenecks,complicated and tedious affairs,high work pressure,lack of innovation,lack of professional achievement.Therefore,the author study in depth of the problems that lead to the low work well-being of counselors in technical school,from the level of the education administrative department,Combining Maslow’s demand theory in motivation theory and Herzberg’s two-factor theory,a countermeasure to enhance the work well-being of counselors in technical is proposed.This study can provide an empirical basis for the education administrative department,formulate policies to improve the work well-being of counselors in technical school.It can provide a reference basis for the training of human resources in China’s technical education,so as to promote the development of technical education. |
