| Since the reform and opening up,under the background of the traditional teaching mode,the national large and small schools fervent physical education curriculum content.During this period,China’s physical education curriculum construction and the development of physical education curriculum has made great progress.In addition,great achievements have been made in the cultivation of sports consciousness,the improvement of physical health,the formation of sound personality and the cultivation of excellent quality of primary and secondary school students in China,and it has promoted the popularization of various sports items,such as three big ball and three small ball.However,as the economic and social development and people’s growing demand of a better life,the disadvantages of traditional teaching mode is highlighted,in the population itself is relatively large,lead to high Numbers in each class,and each student has different sports foundation and the premise of learning ability and personality,one-size-fits-all teaching,the traditional teaching mode,To some extent,it restricts the development and improvement of some students’sports.Among the three big balls,basketball,as a popular sport in China,is a must-learn sport in the physical education curriculum.In the international arena,basketball is also a sport with great influence.Therefore,from the practical point of view,how to maximize the efficiency of improving students’ abilities in all aspects at the same time according to different physical conditions,basic basketball skills,learning interests and personalities in the classroom is a problem that every PHYSICAL education teacher should think about in the process of practical teaching.From set out actually,to meet the needs of the class the classmate,this thesis adopts the hierarchical teaching of junior high school basketball classroom experimental study and theoretical analysis,the application of the chengdu experimental middle school grade eight students in the 12-week experiment teaching,the selection of the 60 boys as experimental objects,divided into the experimental classes,and that in comparative classes,two classes each 30 people.And used literature method,questionnaire method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods.After 12 weeks of experimental teaching,the following research results are obtained:(1)Both the control group and the experimental group achieved improvement in test scores(2)The test results of the experimental group are better than the control group(3)The improvement layer,ordinary layer and basic layer of the experimental group have been greatly improvedBased on the above research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The implementation of stratified teaching method is beneficial to improve students’ interest in learning and promote the awareness and habit of lifelong physical exercise.(2)The implementation of stratified teaching method is beneficial to improve students’ basketball skills and fully tap their sports potential.(3)The implementation of stratified teaching method is beneficial to improve some physical qualities of students(4)The implementation of stratified teaching method helps to narrow the two levels of differentiation and improve students’ sense of participation in sports. |
