| High school is the key stage of individual development,facing the dual transformation of physiology and psychology;High school students also need to deal with heavy academic pressure,so some high school students have different learning problems under the pressure,learning burnout is one of the main problems.Learning burnout affects high school students’ academic performance and physical and mental health,which is in urgent need of attention and intervention from schools and teachers.Classroom is the main platform of school education,and appropriate strategies in classroom management can effectively transform students with learning burnout.Combining with the needs of current curriculum reform,using classroom management to transform students who are tired of learning is also beneficial to the cultivation of senior high school students’ co reliteracy and promote their overall development.This study focuses on weak high schools and takes X Middle School as an example to understand the situation of students’ learning burnout and the status quo of classroom management through questionnaire survey and interview,e xplores the problems existing in students’ learning burnout in classroom management,and tries to put forward strategies to transform students’ learning burnout.In order to test the effectiveness of the strategy,the study screened three students with moderate or above burnout and observed the students’ reaction and management effect after teachers’ doing classroom management.It is found that the students in weak high schools generally have learning burnout,with mild learning burnout as a whole.There is a moderate learning burnout in the sense of learning efficacy,and some students have a moderate or above learning burnout,which affects the improvement of classroom management efficiency.There is no significant difference in the degree of learning burnout among students of different genders and grades.There are differences in classroom environment and classroom discipline among students with different learning burnout degrees.The problems are as follows: backward concept of classroom management,ignoring classroom physical environment management,single classroom discipline management,classroom teaching strategy management lack of pertinence,unscientific classroom evaluation management.Research Suggestions from three aspects of students,teachers and school,to cultivate students’ consciousness of self-management,through a variety of ways to mobilize students’ learning initiative,improve teachers’ classroom management skills,improve school management system,and hope the above strategy for students learning burnout transformation and the realization of effective classroom management to contribute a little. |
