With the advent of the information age,the reform of education and teaching has also continued to develop with the development of the times.As a new type of teaching method,micro-lectures have attracted more and more attention from front-line teachers,and a large number of teachers are actively involved in the development of micro-lectures.However,on the whole,the traditional teaching method is generally adopted in the current middle school volleyball teaching,and the teaching form is single,and it is difficult to guarantee the students’ learning interest and efficiency.Therefore,on the basis of previous research,this thesis studies the design and application of volleyball micro-course teaching for high school students,in order to provide reference for front-line physical education teachers.This thesis uses the method of literature and interview to design a volleyball teaching micro-lecture suitable for high school students.Through questionnaire survey and experiment method,two classes were randomly selected in the first grade of Yueyang No.5 Middle School,one was the experimental group and the other was the control group.Teaching,students’ interest in sports learning,sports skills,and physical quality before and after the experiment were tested,and after the intervention experiment,a questionnaire on the application effect of volleyball micro-lecture was issued to the students in the experimental group.Finally,the obtained data was analyzed by mathematical statistics method,and the research found that:(1)In the early stage of the design,the micro-course theme,learning situation,teaching objectives and difficulties,and design principles are analyzed.The teaching design process includes micro-course teaching content and micro-course script design.The production of volleyball micro-lectures includes two major links: video recording and post-processing of micro-lecture videos.(2)The auxiliary teaching of volleyball micro-lecture can effectively improve students’ interest in sports learning.After the intervention experiment,the mean total score of sports learning interest in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group,and there is a significant difference.In addition,there are significant differences in the indicators of students’ interest in physical education in the experimental group compared with those before the experiment,and there are no significant differences in the indicators of students’ interest in physical education in the control group compared with those before the intervention experiment.(3)Auxiliary teaching of volleyball micro-course can effectively improve students’ volleyball skills,and is conducive to students’ learning and mastery of volleyball skills..(4)The volleyball micro-course-assisted teaching and traditional teaching methods have different degrees of improvement in the physical quality of students,and there is no significant difference between the two.(5)Most of the students in the experimental group believed that volleyball micro-lecture-assisted teaching could improve learning efficiency,deepen their understanding of knowledge,and better help them master sports skills. |
