Since the reform and opening up,China’s vocational education has made great progress.By the end of 2016,the number of secondary vocational school students in China has reached 30.2 million,and the number of secondary vocational schools has exceeded that of ordinary high school students.General Secretary Xi Jinping also stressed the need to speed up the development of vocational education,so that everyone has a chance to show himself.Secondary vocational education shoulders the important task of transferring junior basic skills’ talents to society.Every education level,that is,middle vocational education,general high school education,higher vocational education and general higher education has its own task.The quality of the vocational school depends on the talents entering the community after graduating,and teachers decide the technical qualifications of the graduates in the vocational school.Thus,it is the most important task to focus on the development of teachers’ human resources in Secondary Vocational Schools.The first part introduces the research background and significance.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of human resources,based on the theory of human resources and the research on the development and management of human resources in secondary vocational school teachers.The third part is the analysis of the human resource management of secondary vocational teachers.The article takes Ningbo JM vocational school as an example,and uses the questionnaire to carry on the simple investigation and analysis,and find out the problems.The fourth part of the article is the embodiment of the construction and management of the human resources development of the secondary vocational school teachers in Ningbo.According to the current situation,it is important to take correct measures and put forward the necessary corresponding countermeasures,which will make a modest contribution in this field.The fifth part is the conclusion,which makes a general summary on the whole.This thesis takes Ningbo JM vocational school as an example to sort out the relevant questionnaire data,and uses the questionnaire analysis,principal component analysis and structural equation model to analyze the current situation of teachers’human resources in Ningbo JM vocational school.Ningbo JM vocational school has a long history and a large enrollment of students in Ningbo.Therefore,it has a certain representation.After studying the current situation of teachers’ human resource management in Ningbo JM vocational school,the author tries to analyze the problems existing in the development of human resources in secondary vocational schools in Ningbo,and uses dialectical thinking method to solve such problems.In the process of analysis,the author put forward the strategy of improving the teachers,human resources development of Ningbo secondary vocational schools and establish the corresponding system,such as focusing on the training of young teachers and the introduction of high quality teachers and management system,strengthening the construction of the "double teacher" team to improve it.In a word,the author hopes that through the above research,the thesis can provide a reference for teachers’ human resources development in Ningbo and even in China vocational schools.
