School human resources management is under the support of people-oriented principle. It includes programming, acquiring, using, developing, motivating, rewarding to the school human resources, in order to achieve the maximization of managing effectiveness. The human resources management is opposite to the traditional personnel management, which is a kind of brand-new management idea, and a kind of dynamic people-oriented management. In the business field, human resources management has replaced the traditional personnel management as a mainstream management thought. People have already started theoretically the research of human resources management of school, and carry on the application and expansions to these theories within the scope of certain. Because of the characteristics of its own human resources, it is possible and necessary to" implement human resources management in secondary vocational schools.A person is a synthesis of the complex human nature, People have all sorts of needs in different circumstances, so managers should implement diverse management under a different management circumstances. Total quality management was used in school human resources management, forming a people-oriented, all-round, multi-angle human management system.Make the use of case studies, to research the school's human resources management system in order to make a status quo of the school that was surveyed; and Spss13.0 was used for analysis of the survey results in order to conduct an objective judgment on the situation of the school's human resources management.Human resources management in secondary vocational schools should do the following several aspects: Building a harmonious environment for human resources management, human resources planning based on scientific prediction, reasonable school organizations, optimizing school personnel's establishment and disposition, forming a reasonable mechanism of personnel management, improving pay management mechanisms.
