The Social Basis Research Of The Development Of Family Farms

Family farms around the world are a traditional and accounts for the main body of agricultural management form,it is used as a theoretical concept also has nearly hundred years of history.Since 2013,as a new type of agricultural management main body in the no.1 of the central committee of the communist party of China,family farms with the rapid development of various forms came into practice,and also attracted the attention of scholars.In this paper,through a case study of Zhang village,a grain plant type village in Shandong,to explore the social foundation of formation and development of the family farms and its characteristics in the process of formation,development and operation.In theory,use the theory of embedability,in response to agricultural scale management theory of "class analysis".The study found that,along with the rural population flow,rural hollowing out,aging,the development of agricultural socialization service and agricultural modernization,and government promotion,the influence of such factors as the traditional agricultural family management at the village level began to appear differentiation,gradually formed a batch of moderate scale management as the main characteristics of the family farm.Family farms through the relationship network and renqing(personal obligation)embedded in village,realized the land circulation and agricultural workers smoothly,thus achieved the effect of moderate scale management.In addition,family farms embedded in the village was different from traditional small-scale peasant production at the beginning of the production and business operation,had the characteristics of market orientation that performance for the commercialization of the land transfer contract concluded two aspects such as contracting.Research conclusion also believes that the family farms should be based on the characteristic of the land system in China,social structure,cultural background,and also should discussed under the background of modernization,urbanization and commercialization,etc.On this basis,the research suggests the presence of the family farms is the result of agricultural family management differentiation,it with the traditional small-scale peasant household management game,complements each other and even to form a dynamic "deinvolution" agricultural management pattern at the village.Family farms with the characteristic of the embeddedness means its development relying on the village,however,production and operation characteristics of market-oriented means it try to leave the village,gradually in contact with market and government outside of the village.
